Great customer service Brought my vehicle in to get a oil change. I dealt with Eddie Diaz. He was very professional and courteous. They got the vehicle in and out quickly. Horrible If I could give them less than 1 star, I would. I've been going back and forth with them for over a month now trying to fix the same problem. I leased If I could give them less than 1 star, I would. I've been going back and forth with them for over a month now trying to fix the same problem. I leased a Jeep Grand Cherokee less than 4 months ago and the whole middle console buttons (the ones that control radio, heat, AC, hazard lights, etc.) does not light up nor work at all. First time I took it there was a Friday, they kept it for 5 hours then told me to pick it up and bring it back Monday, that they need more time to look at it because of an electrical issue it has. Come Monday morning, I bring it back. They keep it for 3 days without even bothering to call me. I called the second day, they said the man who was helping me (Edward Diaz) has already left for the day. I call again the third day and I'm on hold for 20 minutes waiting to speak to Edward. I finally get a hold of him and he tells me they need to order a part, to come get the car. They had it for 3 days to just tell me they need to order a new part!!!! I pick it up that evening and days later still no call about the part. The only phone call I received from them was asking for a review of the service I received. I call again and they say the part has been there. I'm expecting to be able to bring it in the next day since I've already gone back and forth with them and they say I can't bring it in until the next week. I bring it back a week later, they have it another 5 or 6 hours, only to say it's the wrong part and tell me it's the electrical problem, which they originally said on day 1, and they need more time to look at it. They said to bring it back the next day, but I never did. I contacted the person I leased the car from and he said they're going to give me a brand new car and waive a payment as well, there is no reason I should be going there 5 times to fix the same issue, I shouldn't have had to go more than 2 times. The people here are extremely unprofessional and lazy. Besides having to go 5 times, I was waiting around to be helped or even noticed by an employee that I needed to be helped. I HIGHLY do NOT recommend taking your vehicle to this place. More
THE WORST SERVICE EVER,They damage your car and wont fix it. THEY ARE THE WORST.MADE AN APPOINTMENT GOT THE CAR THERE ON TIME.THEY HAD THE CAR 4 DAYS AND DID NOT EVEN LOOK AT IT.I FINALY SAID I HAD TO GO AND GET THEY ARE THE WORST.MADE AN APPOINTMENT GOT THE CAR THERE ON TIME.THEY HAD THE CAR 4 DAYS AND DID NOT EVEN LOOK AT IT.I FINALY SAID I HAD TO GO AND GET MY CAR AND TAKE IT TO ANOTHER DEALER .WHEN THEY GET THE CAR FROM THERE LOT THEY PARK IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET IN TRAFFIC SO I COULD NOT CHECK THE CAR FOR DAMAGE.WHEN I GET HOME I NOTICE A LOT OF BIRD DROPINGS ON MY CAR AND BODY DAMMAGE TO MY RIGHT FRONT BUMPER THAT WAS NOT THERE WHEN I DROPPED OFF THE CAR.I CALLED THE SERVICE MANAGER AND TOLD HIM OF THE DAMAGE .HE TELLS ME HE WILL CALL ME BACK AND NEVER DOES.I WENT BACK AND WAS TOLD THE MANAGER WAS NOT THERE HE HAD STEPPED OUT.WAS TOLD THE DAMAGE WAS NOT DONE AT THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT.I KNOW IT WAS DONE THERE IN THERE GARAGE.THEY HAD THE CAR 4 DAYS IN A SMALL LOT WHERE YOU COULD NOT GET IN TO THE CAR THEY WERE SO CLOSE TO OTHER CARS THAT THEY KEPT MOVING AROUND MY CAR.I HAD TO CALL MY INSURANCE COMPANY TO FILE A CLAIM AGAINST THE DEALERSHIP/SERVICE DEPARTMENT.DONT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE GO TO ANOTHER SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Had the worst experience! I gave my car in to the service department on Tuesday morning, I had an appointment to bring it in that morning to check my "check engine light", I ha I gave my car in to the service department on Tuesday morning, I had an appointment to bring it in that morning to check my "check engine light", I had to wait over an hour!!! just to drop my car off!!! That's after waiting for over week to get an "appointment"!!! They call me that afternoon and say sorry we did not look at your car yet and we have to keep it here overnight, they call me Wednesday and tell me the same thing, they cal me Thursday and tell me the same thing, they call me Friday and THEY TELL ME THEY STILL WERE NOT ABLE TO LOOK AT IT!!!! Finally on Saturday they leave me a message that it is ready for pick up on Monday. I called the representative who I was dealing with (who happened to be nice and polite on the phone) and I told her that this is CRAZY!!! I can understand if you are working on fixing my car that it takes time, but to not even look at it for 4 days!!!! INSANE!!!!! and they gave me no loaner car, no pick up or drop off! and when I picked up my car today they made me wait 25-30 min to give me my car!!! More
Disrespectful, inconsiderate awful service Wife brought our car in on Thursday night because the check engine light went on and something was wrong with the oxygen sensors. Anthony told her they'd run the diagnostic scanner Friday and get back to us with what needed to be done and fix if they had the parts. Didn't call me back till late Friday afternoon and said they never ran the test - Acknowledged not having a good reason. He told me they'd call me Saturday morning with an update. I emphasized that I needed the car saturday afternoon to drive my 11 month old daughter some place. We played phone tag saturday morning but I finally spoke to Edward at 11:30 am. Told me they needed to replace some connectors and do some re-wiring. They told me it would be ready by 3pm. I reminded them again that I needed car by then and they assured me of the time. It gave them 3.5 hours to fix something they were supposed to do the day before. When they told me the rate - $499 - it seemed high. I asked how much the part was. He said it was only $99. I was surprised that it was $400 of labor at $125/hr! Edward conceded that the rate included an oil change. This was the 2nd time they tried to hide the cost of the oil change into our bill even though we didn't want it. They tried to do it to my wife when she dropped it off but we told them then that we didn't want it either. We called at 3pm to confirm that car was ready. Edward said they were finishing up and we could come. We asked again to confirm that he was sure b/c we were coming in a taxi with our baby and a bunch of bags and he said yes. We got there thirty minutes later expecting the car to be done and we would be able to leave. We get there and Paul - the manager - said that they were still putting the car back together and they weren't done yet. I was very angry and (raising my voice) reminded him that they screwed up the day before and that Edward lied to me and told me that it was done already. Rather than apologizing for the terrible service and for lying Paul got heated and said "I tried calling you four times this morning and you never got back to me." This was another lie - as I returned his first call 20 minutes after he called and it took him 30 minutes to get back to me. He basically put the whole thing on us even though after we spoke in the morning I was assured it would be done at 3. We waited another hour for the car - at his point it's been a day and a half! Our exchange remained heated and when I tried to understand again why they didnt test car the day before as promised and lied about car being ready Paul said he was done talking to me. Then he said pay and leave. If you don't pay you don't get your car. He never offered to do anything for us nor did he apologize. So all in all - we were lied to multiple times, received terrible service, were mistreated and they tried to add additional things to our bill of work that we didn't ask for. More
One of the Best! I have owned a lot of cars in my life so going to have a car serviced is always a questionable experience. I have found that Bayridge Chrysler Jeep Dodge Service, where I have been going to for five years at least, has been reliable and has always stood behind their work. I attribute much of this high standard to the professionalism of the tech staff and especially to one of their service managers Edward Diaz (and I certainly hope I got his name right) who has always been consistently respectful and diligent about getting the job done thoroughly. I though BMW had the best service which I am very well aware of but Bayridge Chrysler Jeep Dodge Service is just as good if not better. Thanks. More

poor business people myself and my 3 sons, had our leases due and went back to bay ridge for price quotes, they said they would get back to us, well they never did, we cal myself and my 3 sons, had our leases due and went back to bay ridge for price quotes, they said they would get back to us, well they never did, we called them and were told the mgr. would call us back, but again no one ever did, we had in the past recommended this dealer after we leased our first cars, but they had the same experience, no one ever got back to them, after all of this we went on and leased our new cars from another dealer who was very happy to accommodate us, all I can say is that if the people at the top are bad news it will tickle down to the rest of the staff, bad news dealership, they will never get my business again More
