I'm sorry I can't remember the name of the receptionist but she was very friendly and helpful. Diana was the next person we met and she expressed the same friendliness and professional manner. We were then introduced to our salesman Mark who was fantastic. Very patient, informative, knowledgable, and welcoming! He guided us through every step of the way and we never once felt as though we were not an important client to him. The last person we dealt with was Jeff who handled the financing. Super friendly and charming man that explained everything to us in detail! Prior to coming to this dealership we had visited two other dealerships. One in Queens and one in Jersey. Those were horrible experiences and we were almost to the point of giving up! Bay Ridge CDJ renewed our faith in car buying! We whole-heartedly recommend this dealership and it's superb staff!! More

Two other service departments had no clue, these guys listened to my issues went out with me on a road test,and talked over all the details of what they would do to get it resolved, they showed patience and concern and I appreciate their professionalism they really know what they're doing. Buying or leasing a new car can be excruciating but with John and Jimmy, it was fun, fast, and simple. The finance manager, Anthonly Burke was also great and made my transaction nice and smooth. They also have an Allstate agency inside which was super convenient and they were able to save me a few dollars on my insurance as well as get me to a price point without playing the back and forth game like I've experienced at other dealerships. As a former Infiniti driver, I have to say the service quality I received at Bay Ridge Chrysler Jeep Dodge, by far over exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be back soon for my next vehicle purchase. More

The entire staff seemed friendlier and professional. No pressure, lots of information and overall a great deal. I would personally like to thank Ali for his professionalism and for making this a painless smooth transaction. I purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee and I am %100 percent happy with the deal. I have been taking my 2015 Jeep Cherokee to them for the past year. A week ago I went to get an oil change as a walkin and they turned me away twice. The reason they gave was that they had too many cars in for work already. I informed the service manager that their website stated walk-ins welcomed for express lube and it also stated that it was a 24 hour service shop. He became really nasty and told me that he would have to look at it himself. When I ask to speak with the shop Director (John) the service manager told me that he was the shop director. Little did he know I already knew the shop director. Anyways, I was not able to get an oil change and when I tried to schedule one they told me it would be at least two weeks before they could get me in. Two weeks for an oil change? I couldn't believe it. So I called around and found a Jeep dealer in Rockaway. From the very start these people were professional and courteous. They scheduled me for the next day. When I got there they offered me a 15000 miles service. The process was easy and quick. However, I became furious when I learned from them that my car had 7 service recalls that needed to be taken care of. They performed all seven of them. I told them that Bay Ridge Jeep had been taken care of the service recalls /updates. They said it was impossible because they would not show up if they were taken care of. I am so disgusted with Bay Ridge Jeep. Not only did they lie about performing updates needed on my car they put me and my family at risk by doing so. I have all the documentation they gave me where it states that they performed these required safety recalls and updates. None of which were actually done. I will be contacting cooperate offices with this matter. They should know what kind of service this place is providing. STAY AWAY from the service department. More

Body Damage Repairs Long story short, the passenger side of my vehicle was hit. I had to bring it in for body repair work. I walked in and spoke to Eddie, who took my information and was extremely helpful and answered any questions I had pertaining to the vehicle and what would be covered and replaced. I was a little skeptical, as I never brought a car in to a body shop before.He assured me everything will be fine. The vehicle was in the shop almost two weeks, which was way longer than expected, due to waiting for the side mirror to be delivered. On top of it all, I had rattling coming from the sunroof. This also took them a little longer, to resolve the issue. At the end of the day, I am extremely happy with the results. I received the Jeep back and the repairs were amazing. They took care of everything. Thanks Eddie & the mechanics at this service center!! Jimy More
