I had fiananed a 2014 Honda Oddessy from Bay Ridge Honda roughly 18 month ago and it's been a nightmare with the overpayment, insane high interest rate and horrible horrible horrible service but enough with that ...I walked in to Bay Ridge CJDRF knowing what compromise feels like.. Though lesson learned, I was still half defeated with my bad credit I was greeted by the receptionist, and assigned with Argenis, my salesperson. He was my genie in the bottle lol! He took the time to explain even detail to me, whether it's about choosing the right car, the most comfortable payment, or simply choosing features and it's value of importance to me. We discussed it all. ShAmeful but even with fair credit I was still given options! I learned the importance of certain features and methods I never paid attention to. The art of choosing a car that truely fits your own need and personalization all lies of what kind of salesperson you deal with. The proper Utilization of banks in my best interest,, always double checking and making sure I'm satisfied with my choice or to confirm an answer. In 24 hours,I have recommend Bay Ridge Chrysler to my friends and family and I would recommend him to anyone who relates. More

p Grandroblems I broughr my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee in because I was having constant Check Tire Pressure System, PAS, BAS and TRACTION messages. After two weeks of I broughr my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee in because I was having constant Check Tire Pressure System, PAS, BAS and TRACTION messages. After two weeks of being told the car would be ready by a manager they fired for lying to customers they said the problem had been fixed. I was told they changed a bad transfer case, a bad tire sensor and gave my car a tune up. No sooner than 5 minutes after leaving their shop, all the above mentioned problems came back. I returned the vehicle and was told I have a transmission problem. They never specified what the problem was nor did they fix it. I took the vehicle back again and noticed the engine was also idling high. The worst incident was the car shutting down on me in the middle of an intersection on Atlantic Avenue. I returned the vehicle and was told I had a bad traction and govenor sensor but they never replaced it. I've returned the car for a forth time and they're telling me I have a transmission problem again without specifying or fixing. I said to them if that was the case they should've fixed that in the first place. This is the worst service center. They're going to fix it or return my $2700 More

Never again The salesman "Sam Cruz" tried to rip me off by adding a $1250 "prep fee" in which he insisted he took $500 off already. After doing some research and speaking to other dealers, I found out that this extra fee was bogus and it would only go to their pockets. My intelligence was insulted but I also feel bad for others who have fallen for such extra fees. I called to let them know I found a better deal elsewhere and he immediately opted to remove the "prep fee" so not to lose a customer. I told him not to bother. Just terrible! More

Sam Cruz was great and a great deal on the Jeep of my dreams Found the Jeep of my dreams for a great price online and submitted a request. Sam Cruz took my wife and I on a great test drive and didn't mind when we accidentally went over the Verazano bridge. Sam's genuine personality and positive attitude really made me happy I traveled over 2 bridges to Bay Ridge. I would absolutely return and do business again because of my experience. He threw in a few goodies to make our first purchase even sweeter and even took off the Verazano toll off the cost of the Jeep. More

After lease was signed deposit was paid got a bill from lease company n bay ridge jeep made as if it was not there problem that even thought they told me my $2000 deposit was only out of pocket expense I still had another $500 bill. They just want the sale then they don't know you More
