Traded in car for new car Niki was extremely helpful and really nice from the moment I walked into the door till the moment I left with my new car and even after that. I really appreciate her patience with me and in explaining to me pros and cons of options I had. This is my second time purchasing a car at this dealer.. I would rate my first experience a 5 or 6, I definitely just settled for a car but this second time around I got what I asked for and the support was great and id give this experience this time around a 10! She has been dealing with me since May of 2014 and with all my tantrums and mood swings she has been pleasant and such a pleasure. She's all about the business and doing what's right. It's very rare to find someone in this industry like her. She is a rare gem and they are lucky to have her and so am I. Don't go here to buy a car you will have to go to the DMV get your own registration then when you do that Chrysler corporation will call you like you stole the car because the dealer never turned the paper work in. Yep! My paperwork was left in a desk for days! I had to go to DMV to get my registration by myself. Then when Fadia calls and you think the nightmare is over. She tells you go to service "I made your appointment" only to get to service to not have an appointment and they have no idea why your there. Thanks Fadia keep up the great work! So now I am even more outraged I drive from Staten island to Brooklyn when you tell me to, only to get there and find out I do not have an appointment. The cashier at the service department was nice enough to put me in the system. I'm very disappointed in how this dealership handles there business! I did finally get a second key yay! But I also went in for a boot clamp recall. I was told by the Mechanic who brought my car to the front door of the service department that my boot clamps were fine for now to come back in when they have the parts because they have to order them.... ok fine! But then I took my car to a mechanic I trust and that my husband has used for 30+ years. Well guess what one of my boot clamps are broken. and if the service department would have put my car on a lift they wouldn't have placed me or my family in jeopardy. I even asked Edward when I was signing my car out is my car safe to drive I have two little kids I put in this car I was told yes. According to Corporate office the service department should have never let me have my car back it doesn't matter if the boot clamps were broken or not they were recalled therefore once I bring the car in I should not get it back till it is fixed and I should be given a loaner car till I can have mine back. So why didn't bay ridge follow corporate protocol I have no idea but I will NEVER come back to this dealer or have my car serviced there. it's ridiculous the way I was treated from the beginning. I hope everyone who has bought a car here gets a second opinion after what they call "service". More
