I walked into Giuffre with the intention of looking and not buying, even though sooner or later I was going to need another vehicle. I was immediately greeted and I responded " I'm just looking." I had an excellent experience all around with the team from Giuffre Jeep. I went to the car show and made an inquiry with Jeep. Heidi immediately followed up with me the next morning to schedule an appt from Giuffre Jeep. I went to the car show and made an inquiry with Jeep. Heidi immediately followed up with me the next morning to schedule an appt to meet with someone in Sales. From there I met onsite with James Jackson in sales (no waiting whatsoever), and he thoroughly walked my through the Jeep and Dodge vehicle lines. James is a great person, very personable and easy to do business with. I felt very comfortable working with James and trusted in what he said. We did a test drive and I decided on the Jeep Grand Cherokee. From there James and I sat down and worked out a deal along with his Manager Dan that was very fair based on the research I had done prior to my visit. The best part of it all was within the next hour I was driving home in my new 2014 leased vehicle. Great job to the entire team, I will absolutly do business with them again. More

I took my son to this dealership, to inquire about trading in his 4 month old Nissan Juke for a new Jeep Wrangler. We had no intention to purchase or lease anything that day. Mark Weisberg, sat down w trading in his 4 month old Nissan Juke for a new Jeep Wrangler. We had no intention to purchase or lease anything that day. Mark Weisberg, sat down with us, listened to our request. He proceeded to lay out several options to trade in the Juke for a purchase as well as a lease. He understood our financial limits and did everything he could to work out a great deal that we could not turn down. My son was very excited and comfortable with what mark was offering him. Here is where it gets interesting. I was the owner of a 2008 Nissan Pathfinder. I loved my pathfinder and at no time had any intention of getting a new car for myself. As a passing thought, i asked Mark, just out of curiosity, what kind of deal who could give me on a 2013, Durango. I am not sure exactly what happened next, but the very next day I was driving home my awesome Black Dodge Durango! So we went from just checking out the posiblity of my son getting a jeep, to both of us leasing new vehicles. But wait, this gets even better. My other son gets wind of what we were doing and the great deal we were both getting and he wants in on it. So my son brings in his Toyota, Mark checks it out and we end up striking a great deal for him to lease an awesome fullly loaded Dodge Dart. I am not really sure how this all happened, but I think there were 3 big reasons we all ended up in new vehicles. First is Mark Weisberg, from the moment we walked in, Mark listened to our needs and came up with several options until he hit the one that fit us right. He actually treated us more like friends than customers. One of the things I hate most about buying a car is when they take you into that little office to speak to the "Finance Guy". In the past this has always been a bad experience for me. Always some tough guy trying to talk and scare you into over priced options and coverages that he claims you just have to have. Well that didn't really happen here. Chang Ki Yoo, was actually a really nice guy. He explained all the options and coverages that were available. He was able to get us the options and coverages that we wanted while helping us to keep the final monthly payment affordable for us. During the negotiation phase of the purchase, we had the pleasure of meeting Jimmy Greco. After 5 minutes with Jimmy, it's like you knew him all your life. I truly believe his participation in ths whole process with Mark and Chang, made this triple car deal happen! We will all be back to Guiffre in 3 years to do it all again! I will definatly, from this point on, be recomending this dealership to my friends and family and you can be sure I will be recomending that they go there and ask for Mark Weisberg !! These three guys are an asset to this dealership. Thank you all for making what could have been a grueling experience, a total pleasure. Jimmy, Thanks for the bars !!! Who loves ya baby ???? More
My fiance was shopping for a vehicle since February and we have been to several dealerships and this was our last one which I initially dreaded going to since i was so tired of car shopping. This is the absolute best car dealership we have ever been to!! Our initial meeting was with Mark Weisberg he is professional, personable, and informative. Mark discussed all of our options with us and made us feel comfortable. My fiance decided to lease a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Unlimited. When we met with Chaing Ki Yoo in the finance department he informed us that due to our previous inquires on vehicles at other locations my fiance would have to lease in a B Tier (we were very unhappy since he has a good credit score). Mr. Yoo went above and beyond to assist my fiance in getting to the A Tier in which he rightfully deserved. Mr. Yoo was so professional and informative he educated us on things that we did not know about financing and leasing and different options that we had and his goal was always to keep us at a comfortable monthly payment. Mr. Yoo worked so hard for us and was able to obtain the A Tier rate for us. After hurricaine sandy I lost my vehicle and in October had purchased a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo at a dealership in Long Island. As we were leaving the brooklyn dealership with my fiances vehicle Mark Weisberg pointed out that they had a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo X that was the same color as my vehicle but a better package I originally wanted leather, navigation, back up camera etc. I laughed it off since I had just purchased my vehicle in October but Mark ran the numbers and wanted to see what he could do for us. We left that evening and left a $100 deposit on the vehicle to hold it so I had time to think about it. When I returned to the dealership Mark had the vehicle ready for me and introduced me to James Greco, Sales Manager who is personable & professional (I never felt so comfortable in a dealership as I did). James & Mark reviewed all the documentation for my trade in and my monthly payments were going to be more than I could afford. James & Mark worked together to try to come to the best possible deal (always keeping my needs/budget in mind) we sat together and James did not want me to lose this deal we agreed on a monthly payment and than I went and met with Mr. Yoo in finance. Mr. Yoo again so professional, curteous and informative educated us on our options initially my monthly payments were coming up about $50 more a month than where I could afford to be. Mr. Yoo sat with us until 11:00 pm and worked the numbers with us and reviewed and triple checked everything and he made it happen (we are still in awe) he managed to get me a better rate on a 2013 Jeep Cherokee Laredo X than what I was paying for my 2012 Jeep Cherokee Laredo so I have a brand new vehicle & upgraded package for less money wow how did he make this happen. So we went to purchase one vehicle and ended up purchasing two new vehicles in one week!!!! Any future vehicles we need to purchase or friends & family who are looking for new vehicles I am absolutely sending them to this dealership I highly recommend this dealership their service and customer care is phenomenal!!!!
