Those guys are very proffessional and they displayed total courtesy to my wife & I. They did'nt pressure us at all & they were very patient with us. They gave us a couple of options to choose from and made it very simple. I'd highly recommend anyone whose looking for a new or used vehicle to stop by this location and give it a try. I don't usually write reviews but i gave these guys my word that i'd take time out somehow to share my experience. These guys in my opinion know what there doing and most importantly they know how to treat people. My sales rep Mr.MARK WEISBERG along with MANAGER Mr.JAMES GRECO and even the finance rep CHANG Yoo were very accomadating. I know it is an emergency to every car owner who needs their car immediately. Instead of brushing me off, he had my car looked at quickly and explained that it would have to stay at the service department. He offered me a rental and had it there within the hour. He said I could keep it for the duration of my car problem. He assuaged all my anxiety about not being able to get to work on that day and did it with the utmost professionalism. My car was fixed the next day. Suffice it to say he provided me with superior customer service and dealt with me as a human being not just an agitated car owner. More

Charis was such an amazing person. She was definitely not your typical sales person, which made my shopping experience one of the easiest by far.
