We had an overall great experience, absent the high pressure that we feel at many car dealerships. Cisco and Charis, the salespeople were attentive and accommodating. Danny, the sales manager was able to come up with a lease price that we were happy with. Jeff, the finance manager got us the low payment that helped us get into the lease that we desired. Although he presented options, he did not try to pressure sell warrantees or alarm systems. Over all, leasing at Giuffre was a pleasurable experience. They are a dealership that we will return to and recommend. More

I saw a 2012 grand cherokee on their website on a Friday ,gave them a call and spoke with Ty and ask if the car was available ,she said it was and would I like to come see it.I went down on Monday and was ,gave them a call and spoke with Ty and ask if the car was available ,she said it was and would I like to come see it.I went down on Monday and was introduced to joe the salesman ,it was his first day on the job.joe was very friendly and courteous any question i had he answered and if he didn't he said give me second and ill find out.Brian his manager was also great after a little give and take on the price I purchased the car I went to see at a great price the same day...great staff ..also jeff the finance manager was very helpful .would definitely recommend this dealer. This was the most stress free relaxed car buying experience I have had so far. ( I have read all these reviews so I was a little skeptical about this dealer, but my experience was the exact opposite from a lot of the horror stories that have been posted, I am not sure what has changed but there has been a change for the better my wife and I could not be happier with our experience at this dealer and with Marks help!!!!!!) I came in to trade my Jeep for a new lease. I was extremely pleased with the service that I received from the friendly staff at Giuffre. Stay away from this place. I brought my Jeep in for a safety recall repair. Thanks a lot for the 28 point "courtesy" inspection. They tried to sell me a bunch of "important" services that I "need". Apparently tire pressure is not part of the inspection since one of my tires had 15 psi in it when I got home. Admittedly, it was low when I went, but it goes to show the "courtesy" inspection is only interested in "services" that they can charge me for. I would have preferred Giuffre skip that nonsense and give me my car back so I can get out of there faster instead of trying to upsell me on nonsense. If the technician worked any slower I think he would have been working backwards. Finally, some audacity to put Giuffre license plate frames on my car. They are in the trash. I didn't bring it in for a license plate frame change. This is the second time this dealer service department has attempted to hose me and I sure won't be back. The first was a few years back when they wanted to charge me $900+ for an oxygen sensor because my engine light was on. I got the part from a different Chrysler dealer for around $40 and changed it myself in about 30 minutes. It was a matter of twist locking the unit and unplugging the old one and plugging the new one in. Worse yet, that wasn't even the problem. There was a vacuum hose leak near the rear differential, which I also fixed myself. So the $900 would not have even fixed the problem. To be fair, the service adviser I worked with was polite. More
