We met with him and he was just as pleasant in person. unfortunately, He had to leave work so we weren't able to really work with him. However, he recommended Robert Smerina and he too was pleasant, honest and caring. Jose stayed in touch the entire time (3 days to be exact) to make sure we were taken care of and we happy. Robert did an great job explaining the sale and the car to us. I must say.....one of the most genuine, nicest sales guys I've ever had the pleasure to work with.
