DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER For starters when i entered, no one even acknowledge i was even their or asked if i needed help for over 10minutes. When i finally found someone to help me,he stated his name was Iggy,i was interested in a new Jeep.I questioned him what would be my estimated monthly payments if i was to get a lease or finance with $2000 down.He stated it would be about the same,$500 to finance and $450 to lease,I maybe a female but I'm not xxxxxxxx. Buyers beware don't go here unless you want to get ripped off.Also when i told him a few times the estimated payments didn't make sense,he caught an attitude and stated he's the owners son and he knows what he talking about. More

Stay away from service Department.The worst. Had my 2014 jeep grand Cherokee serviced on 4/2/14.only 999 miles on car 7 months old. Wanted an oil change charged 60 dollars. Molding loose .On the Had my 2014 jeep grand Cherokee serviced on 4/2/14.only 999 miles on car 7 months old. Wanted an oil change charged 60 dollars. Molding loose .On the service sheet to Mopar they have the Molding being replaced .I looked at it and all they did was put in a screw. They had oil all over the oil fill in the engine .The filter area was clean. I pulled the oil filter out and to my surprise it was not changed. It was all dirty. They had oil on the nappa leather seats. The interior was all dirty no paper mats or plastic on the seats 47900 car and this how they treat a customer.Droped it off at 7am by 3pm they had not called so I called and was told it was ready. Then I had to wait 45 min to get my car after they told me it was ready.STAY away use another service department . More
