But the next day I received a call from Dwanna Hayden, Dwanna appoligized for the mistake and offering to help. She asked me if I was still looking for a van and what kind of van I was looking for. She told me that they had vans come in on a regular basis and would check to see if a van, I was looking for, would come in.To my suprise, Dwanna would call me weekly and let me know if a vehicale, I would like, would arrive. Even if there were no vehicals, she would call and let me know she did not forget about me. Dwanna canged my opinion of this dealership. She was willing to do what it took to make up for the mistake, and make me happy. She went out of her way for me, and I appreciate that.
