Outstanding Dealership Bay Ridge Chrysler Jeep and Dodge was the most professional and well run dealerships I have ever done business with. Mark was great!!! He conducted Bay Ridge Chrysler Jeep and Dodge was the most professional and well run dealerships I have ever done business with. Mark was great!!! He conducted himself in a professional manner and answered any questions we had about the Promaster 2500. Mark genuinely cares about his customers. Ray Martinez (The General Manager) was also amazing. He made sure we were happy and made us feel at ease in every step of the process. We traveled 1 1/2 to go to this dealership, and it was worth the trip. I would highly recommend this dealership. They do things the right way, and I will be back to purchase other vehicles. More

Great Experience Great deal at Bay Ridge Chrysler - the staff was very helpful and got me out of my current finance and put me into a new 2014 lease for the Town and C Great deal at Bay Ridge Chrysler - the staff was very helpful and got me out of my current finance and put me into a new 2014 lease for the Town and Country - waiting now for delivery of the car - but the customer service there is well worth the trip I took from Staten Island to Brooklyn - would highly recommend this dealership they go above an beyond to help!!! I went from Rags to Riches I wanted to write a reviw regarding my experience of purchasing my 2014 Grand Cherokee. I went into the dealaship asked for Niki salesperson. I read I wanted to write a reviw regarding my experience of purchasing my 2014 Grand Cherokee. I went into the dealaship asked for Niki salesperson. I read good reviews about her on the internet. She showed me the vehicle and answered all my questions. I felt very comfortable and completely relaxed like being at home. Coffee, Cookies from Customer Service Mgr Fadia. It was Like Hanging out with the girls. I didn't have to test drive truck, I knew thats what I wanted. It was effortless and hassle free. Niki would'nt let me settle for nothing but the best. She made sure I drove out of there with the fullly loaded truck and a price I could afford. I felt like Cinderella! Niki,You made the entire experience of purchasing my Jeep, along with returning my Ford explorer, effortless. I felt no car sales pressure which I completely despise. Every 3 years my stomach hurts when I return my lease to deal with Ford Salaes people Dealership. Good by Ford! Hello Jeep!! Thanks again for your efforts and making me fell like family. Great Experience I walked into bay ridge jeep after having a horrible experience with the worst possible sales person at a different dealership. Niki was our sales per I walked into bay ridge jeep after having a horrible experience with the worst possible sales person at a different dealership. Niki was our sales person and helped me from the minute I walked in. I told her what I was looking for and she answered all of my questions. Niki is very knowledgeable in the cars she sells, and by far the best sales person I have even encountered. Niki went out of her way to show us everything we wanted to look at and explore every option, and we wound up walking out with a second vehicle. Overall it was a great finish to my day of car shopping. Based on the first dealership I visited I had a grim feeling of visiting other dealers that day, but Niki turned that around from the minute I walked in. . The staff at Bay Ridge is by far the best staff of any other dealership. More
