Everything is done very slowly I came here and it took three to fourth to purchase the car. They told me to come back to pick up the after they would inspect it and give a detail. Excellent service, care and pricing I recently leased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealership and worked with Renato. I had gone to several dealerships and as soon as I walked throug I recently leased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealership and worked with Renato. I had gone to several dealerships and as soon as I walked through the door I had exceptional service. The follow up and fair pricing were the key components as to why I worked with this dealership. They worked with me and were fast and efficient. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a great car and great care. More
This is the second worst delaer in the New York area! !!!!!!!!!!STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!!!!!!!!!! This was my first time leasing a vehicle from this dealer and the worst. The vehicle I decided to lea !!!!!!!!!!STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!!!!!!!!!! This was my first time leasing a vehicle from this dealer and the worst. The vehicle I decided to lease had a small dent in the rear left fennder and was missing the trailer hitch cover, but I was told that it would be takien care of. I was also told by the manager that when ever the vehicle was in the shop for any repairs a loaner car would be provided, guess what? after many numerous calls and being put on hold sometimes over 15 minutes: they don’t have a loaner program and I was out of luck. Never, Ever again. The only person there that was nice and friendly was a young lady named Mary. Take my advice and go elsewhere. They sell you a $47,000.00 vehicle and forget you exist after the sales pitch!!! and whatever you do, don’t ask them to call you back that would be like asking a deceased relative to call you back. I would have given them less than one star but the site won’t let me. More
Disgusted On 7/28/14, my car would not start & I spoke w/ Mr. Diaz who provided the incorrect # for a company to tow my car. I was told it would be covered unde On 7/28/14, my car would not start & I spoke w/ Mr. Diaz who provided the incorrect # for a company to tow my car. I was told it would be covered under warranty. My car was towed at my expense of $190. I then was told the co. does not provide loaner vehicles and does not pay for car rentals. I was directed to ALL Stars which charge $30 per day. I have been paying as of 7/29/14 $30 to date. I spoke with Fadia Zahriyeh on day 4 of my car being diagnosed at svc & parts as I was told the complaint needed to be made with her, She stated it was voltage issue but no answers as to when the car would be repaired. On 8/2/14 I spoke with Ms. Zahriyeh about the frustration of having to deal with no answers and incorrect & false information being provided to me from day 7/28/14. Ms. Z stated that I could pick up my car up when I wanted to but it just will not be fixed. She was very rude & disrespectful. I informed her that I would call the Better Business Bureau & she responded that " I should if that’s what I felt like doing and hung up on me." I contacted my car Ins. co. Geico call 3 way and Ms. Zahriyeh informed them that the part was ordered but could not tell them what part and my car would be ready for pick up Monday 8/4/14 evening. On 8/4/14, I called & spoke with Mr., Diaz who stated that the parts were ordered and the car will be ready 8/5/14. I informed him that Ms. Fadia Z stated the car would be ready 8/4/14 evening. He responded & said she shouldn’t have said that because she wouldn’t know when the car will be repaired or ready for pick up. I informed him that she informed Geico & I on 8/2/14 when they contacted her on a 3 way call that the car would be fixed and ready. On 8/4/14, I called Ms. Fadia Z & informed her that I was following up from Sat 8/2/14 and Edward reported the car wouldn't be ready until 8/5/14. She was very rude and responded that she didn’t tell me the car would be ready. She said the parts were ordered and if they arrived in time the car would be ready by Monday. I informed her that the call was recorded with Geico and they would have on record what was said to me. She stated that she is not a mechanic and I know she is not a mechanic and therefore she wouldn’t know how long it would take for the parts to arrive or how long it would take for the car to be repaired. I informed her that this was not the information she provided and I would contact Glico to get the actually recording of the conversation and she said do that and hung up the phone. I have a 2011 Cherokee Jeep. I do not appreciate the poor customer service that is being provided. I know certain matters cannot be controlled however it not what is said it’s how it’s said. Mr. Diaz and Ms. Zahriyeh have misrepresented your company by providing unacceptable and very inappropriate customer service. Today is day 7 and I am still without my vehicle. I continue to be inconvenienced financially and more so dissatisfied and no longer care to do business with this company. They both need to be officially trained in customer service because they have cost you a customer and future business. I will do just what Ms. Fadia Zahriyeh told me I should do and contact the Better Business Bureau. I also attempted to speak with you today and Ms. D. Hayden informed me that she would leave you a message and you would contact me. I'm sure your extremely busy but would appreciate a response at your earliest convenience. More
