They have an outstanding inventory and are obviously very selective in choosing quality used vehicles that will satisfy their clients. Their inventory is in a clean climate controlled facility, which makes it nice to view vehicles and is also reassuring to know that the vehicles are not exposed to the elements. If the right car came along, I would definitely do business with Chicago Cars Direct again. More

There were a number listed online so I started close at a downtown dealership. They had the car I wanted and I began the same old process I dread so much about the car business, the same old routine that has spawned thousands of used car salesmen jokes for years. I just don't have the tolerance level I used to have because when I got the standard "Let me get my manager and see what we can do", I was out of there. Driving off the lot I remembered part of the statement from the Chicago Cars Direct webpage. No high pressure sales, no commissions....I thought that they have almost the same car there and perhaps I should give them a call. I did and although I was less than enthusiastic about driving out to Addison I am so very glad I did. I arrived in a beautiful corporate complex wondering if my GPS had messed up again. this did not look like a typical dealership and IT ISN'T! I walked in to a very comfortable lobby, leather couches, big screen TV, soft lighting, even a ping pong table. I immediately thought I must be in the wrong place especially since no salesmen we charging towards me. I looked around and saw a gentleman look up from his computer from a nice office across the room. he said "HI Mark? I'm Mark, we talked on the phone and walked over to shake my hand. I have to tell everyone (and I have been) that the next 4+ hours flew by as we talked about everything EXCEPT cars! I finally realized I was enjoying our conversation so much I hadn't even asked about the cars he had that I wanted to look at. Mark took me back to a big warehouse filled with just the best of the best used cars available. Both the cars I was interested in were front and center, I got in, started it up and it was all I needed to do. He did not push me to go for a test drive, I have been driving for over 40 years and know this model well, I took another walk around and said what now? I was so relaxed and free from stress since no one was pushing me from one place to another I really didn't know how this was supposed to work here, Mark said lets go see what we can do and as I waited on a big comfy couch he brought over a spec sheet with the total price including everything, no hidden costs to hit me with later. It was more than fair, deal made! I signed a few papers with the finance person, Christine, who was wonderful and never tried to sell me all that stuff they always do after you say you'll take it. I needed to try to beat the rush hour traffic on the way home so they had me happy and on my way. I haven't been able to stop telling my friends about this place and I hope if you are looking for a car you will give Mark a call.(he's actually one of the owners) I know you will be as surprised as I am that buying a car can be such a positive experience. It is like no other used car dealership I have ever been in. I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay without any stress or aggravation plus I made a new friend who at the very least has a customer for life. More

They always answered the phone, returned texts, e-mails and followed through with what they said they would complete. My car purchase took place across state lines and it happened VERY fast! I was able to view the car online, Christine sent the necessary people and paperwork in person and through online documentation. I flew in to pick up my car and David picked me up from the airport. They spent a significant amount of time with me while I was at the dealership. Overall, I love my car and I am satisfied with my decision. I will definitely keep my relationship strong with them for future use and refer them to others looking for luxury vehicles without a hassle. More
