BAD NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AWFUL ODD I called earlier to let them know I was looking at a specific car. Showed up, did the walk around, and asked to take it for a drive. The "salesman" I called earlier to let them know I was looking at a specific car. Showed up, did the walk around, and asked to take it for a drive. The "salesman" said well we're not really a regular dealership, and we need to agree on a price before we actually let you test drive the vehicle. This was the first phrase after "Here is the vehicle"! (Who does that?) I asked if the price was negotiable at all, and he said no. (On a used car - really?) Here is the kicker - its up on eBay with a SUBMIT BEST OFFER button. Anyway - after asking over and over as I wasted a ton of time driving over there - I was given the opportunity to test drive car but only in the parking lot! Was told specifically - only in parking lot - I kid you not! A tiny lot, full of curbs and cars... How dangerous is that! What can you tell about a car going 10mph? - this actually happened! - Based on how the first five minutes went, I wasn't interested in doing business with them. Overall it was a very odd experience. Everything is located indoors in a warehouse, so you don't have to worry about standing out in the weather in the not so nice days. Everyone there from the office sales guys down to the shop guys were very nice and pleasant to work with. There were a couple door dings in the car we purchased. They are taking car of the door dings for NO extra cost!!! When my wife and I are looking for another vehicle, we will be calling Mark Kanter to check out Chicago Cars Direct to see what they have to offer. I will/would highly recommed this dealership to my friends and family. More

Mark and Earl made my experience very easy and facilitated my out-of-state transaction. No worries. They have an outstanding inventory and are obviously very selective in choosing quality used vehicles that will satisfy their clients. Their inventory is in a clean climate controlled facility, which makes it nice to view vehicles and is also reassuring to know that the vehicles are not exposed to the elements. If the right car came along, I would definitely do business with Chicago Cars Direct again. More
