Drove nearly 2 hours to learn that these guys are dishonest. The day before....they told me that I could take a car for a test drive, once we agreed on price. Wasn't really sure what that meant, so I dishonest. The day before....they told me that I could take a car for a test drive, once we agreed on price. Wasn't really sure what that meant, so I asked. They said they have a "no haggle" business structure and are an eBay business. (funny, I found the car on Craigslist). Anyway, Tom tells that the asking price, IS the price. Ok...so I think....what's to agree on then? As I wasn't sure what to think of all os this, I asked Tom VERY specifically...if I test drive the car, was I committing to buying it? To which Tom answered, "No". So, we drive nearly two hours to go look at a car...I like it...and want to test drive it, and find out that I need to put a deposit down to test drive...and can only get my deposit back if something serious/mechanical is wrong with the car. So, lots of time wasted to find out that one MUST actually commit to buying the car in order to test drive it. Uggh.... we walked out. Never again. They can pawn their inventory off on distant eBay customers that they'll never see. More
They sold me the car missing the GPS DVD and a cargo cover that comes as a standard, they also did a very poor detailing job, I had to pay around 110$ to fix the waxing marks that you can see only under cover that comes as a standard, they also did a very poor detailing job, I had to pay around 110$ to fix the waxing marks that you can see only under the sunshine. they used the rear seat lighter in the picture to give an impression that it was not used that much and sold the car without a second lighter. you differently need to see the car in person before you buy it, and if it is not under factory warrantee you need to get it inspect it. Basically you cannot trust them. More

We were looking to buy a used bmw 745Li and I have to tell you that the car looked stunning in the pictures provided online. However, I would strongly suggest that if you are interested in a vehicle you tell you that the car looked stunning in the pictures provided online. However, I would strongly suggest that if you are interested in a vehicle you should go and see it in person because from our experience there were quite of few scratches and dents that were not as visible in the pictures. I am not saying that they were trying to hide anything but going in person would be your best bet. We drove a few hours to see this car and it was worth the trip because it saved us from buying a vehicle that had too many minor scratches and dents for our satisfaction. More
