I just purchased a Benz R350 after my local dealership lied to me to get me in the door. I'm kinda glad they did because I found one at this place for less with more equipment. I had it inspected and the tires and brakes were almost new. No accidents - just a clean car. It was an easy deal - no BS and they didn't try to hard sell me any junk. I bought a vehicle in March from Chicago Cars Direct. They were very knowledgeable about the vehicle and the history. They knew how the car worked and were the only place that knew more about the M35 th They were very knowledgeable about the vehicle and the history. They knew how the car worked and were the only place that knew more about the M35 than I did. They actually knew more than my local Infiniti Dealer who had no clue about their own product. This place hooked my bluetooth to my phone in under a minute and even showed me how the Nav system works (impressive). It was very easy and I didn't have to "talk to a manager" since apparently they are all partners. It's a terrible location, but, the cars are great and I loved the low-key "CarGuy" atmosphere. Highly recommend if you don't like the norm. More

I had the best experience at this dealership. They specialize with online sales, so technically it's not your regular dealership. No annoying sales people to force you into buying anything. I saw (online) a Mercedes that I had been looking for for a long time. I called and spoke with Mark, who was extremely polite, and he told me about the car and history. He showed me the car, I loved it...bought it...and could not be happier. He was very nice, and explained features of the Mercedes. I never owned one before, and had plenty of questions. These guys know cars, and you can tell they have a passion for what they do! What a great experience. This is NOT a typical dealer experience...it actually was fun! More
I honestly don't know why people are upset at this place. I had an amazing experience with no back and fourth BS like my local dealership. I saved almost $4,000 from my local Infiniti Dealership and didn't have to play games, talk to a manager, etc. The website was very detailed and listed the CarFax Report for free. I called and talked to Tom who was super upfront and honest. I talked to Keith the next day who was the same way. Everyone was really relaxed and didn't seem like they were a typical Sleezy Salesman. He even told me about a couple of rock chips on the front of the car that I couldn't see in the pictures. I thought that was really cool since my local Infiniti store would never do that. I didn't feel like Tom or Keith were lying and treating me like a second class citizen. Wow, I even had a good time (very different from me). The price was amazing right from the start and their place was low-key and I never felt any pressure. The paperwork took 10 minutes and they didn't try to sell me any Rust Proofing! I want a Porsche Cayman S in the future and from looking at their cars in stock, I'll definitely be back. It was a Really refreshing and easy way to buy a car. Highly recommend. More
I'm definitely not an easy customer. I hound the sales person, I research the xxxx out of the car prior to contacting a dealer, and I know what the vehicle is worth, what it's selling for in other areas a person, I research the xxxx out of the car prior to contacting a dealer, and I know what the vehicle is worth, what it's selling for in other areas and how much I'm willing to spend long before I contact a dealer. I found the car I wanted, submitted the form and almost immediately was contacted by Melissa. She called me, left a voice mail and also e-mailed me. For some reason I just prefer initial discussions over e-mail and she obliged me. She took down my current vehicles information and instead of saying "we can only price it once you bring it in" she quoted me a ball park. She gave me the price of the vehicle and it was much better than I had expected. All I needed to do was drive it. She offered to drive the car to my work location and let me drive it on my lunch break. Seriously, who does that? That alone made me realize the type of customer service this place offers. I highly recommend buying from them. Definitely ask for Melissa Rentfrow. She'll go out of her way to make your buying experience pain free. She's pretty tall though, so don't be alarmed when she stands up hah More

Being a women I hate walking into dealers. I started working with Tom and Mark via phone. Tom was very nice and not pushy at all, he answered all of my questions very respectfully. When I arrived at the dealer I was suprised by the laid back attitude, it was very refreshing. Mark showed me the warehouse and my car that was in the exact condition Tom described on the phone. I see this dealer going very far especially with women cuustomers. The paperwork took no time at all and Earl only offered an extended warranty (I bought it), I was in and out of there within 30 minutes. A girlfriend is looking for an Escalade and will be contacting them as soon as she is ready! More
I had been shopping for a few weeks online and at dealerships when I came across exactly what I was looking for on their site. I was hesitant about giving out my phone number because several salespeople from traditional dealerships were calling me daily. After entering my information a young woman (Marissa, I believe) promptly called me back. I told her I was about to go into a meeting and would be busy throughout the day. I asked her if she could call me back at noon the following day. Imagine my surprise when she politely apologized for getting me at a bad time and assured me she would call me at noon the next day - a far cry from the "Wait, one more quick question" or "I talked to my manager and he said if you come in tonight" pushiness I had been experiencing. The young lady called me back at the agreed time and answered every single question I had, as well as explaining some things I didn't know about what the remaining factory warranty still covered. I was very interested but because of my work demands I wasn't able to go to physically look at the car until the following week. Marissa offered to drive the car to my job so I could see it! I was amazed. It appeared to be genuine concern, not just a sales tactic. The next day we met at my job, it was exactly what I was looking for, I gave her a deposit and picked up the car the following week. Even when I got there the whole process was fast (I was in and out in 30 minutes) and everyone was remarkably friendly. On the way home I saw a button on the dash with a circular arrow, called marissa and she explained exactly what it did. I would never have thought a car buying experience could be this positive, both before AND after. You will continue to get my business and I will enthusiastically refer everyone I know to you. More
