Chevy Chase Nissan

I had my heart set on and knew I wanted a 370z Touring with the sport package and navigation. My journey began on a Wednesday and I went to the Nissan website for local dealers. I called six dealers and told them what I wanted and that whoever called me back by Friday with the best offer would get my business. All six called back and Ernest with Chevy Chase Nissan was by far the friendliest salesman and had the lowest offer for me, the other dealers couldn't come close or wouldn't come close to what the offer was, as a matter of fact the closest offer was four thousand dollars more than what I was quoted by Ernest. Some dealers not to mention any names (Passport Nissan Alexandria) were actually pretty rude, wanting my credit card number before they even gave me a quote so I wouldn't take the offer elsewhere. The other dealers also tried to sway me from going to Chevy Chase, saying that there was no way Chevy Chase could sell me the car for that much with the usual sales tactics like "way below invoice", "we all pay the same for the vehicles", to "we would lose money on the deal", blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. So needless to say, I was skeptical but wanted to see what Chevy Chase had to offer. Ernest was not there, but another salesman (Allen) went out of his way to help me along with the manager (George). The offer that I was quoted over the phone was pretty much what they gave me the car for, with the help of the finance guy (Joe), I was able to get the vehicle at a better interest rate than what my credit union had to offer. I was in and out of the dealership with my Beautiful Monteray Blue 370z in less than 90 minutes for the price that no one could touch. Thanks guys for everything! If I ever buy another Nissan, I know where to go, they've made a Nissan believer out of a Ford guy. By far the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle! The location is close to my office with metro access which saved me a long cab ride to the suburbs. Ms. King was knowledgable about the car and very personable. Mr. Kolius made the financing process painless, and they even let me keep the car on the lot for a few days while I arranged downtown parking. We visited this dealer ship by chance, it was the closest to our home nor on a route we normally take. We were looking for a 2009 Rogue and stopped by to see if they had any in stock. The manager (george) worked some very attractive sales figures and made sure we got what we needed while informing us of various options. We we decided to buy, George continued to work with us to get the price we were looking to pay. The trade-in and new car prep process was handled by Alan in a friendly efficient manner. All in all a very good experience and I will recommend this dealer to friends/family looking to buy a car. More

There was nothing unusual in what followed: checking out the car, going for a test drive, looking at the options etc. What was unusual was the way Derrick and the entire dealership treated us. They are helpful, informed, and culture sensitive people. Friendly, and eager to find us what we needed. Being from another country, we have seen cases of ethnocentrism, but not with this dealership. Alan and George were great to work with. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable with the purchase of a new car. I was referred by a friend about Soi. The guy knows a lot about cars. I will recommend Soi to my friends since he is the only salesman that really tries to help you get a car your dreams.
