We visited Chevy Chase Nissan with the intention of test driving different models and makes just for comparison purposes, not really to purchase. We were pleasantly surprised at the professional and courteo driving different models and makes just for comparison purposes, not really to purchase. We were pleasantly surprised at the professional and courteous service we received. Our sales representative, Kisha King was very knowledgeable of the vehicles of interest, the Nissan Murano and the Acura RDX. She treated us with utmost respect and did an incredible job explaining all the options of the vehicles, including pricing and payment estimates. She was very patient in allowing us to evaluate several vehicles with different options and colors. Turned out that after evaluating the vehicles, pricing options, incentives and practicality we decided on buying a new Nissan Rogue. Ms King was very instrumental in giving us excellent information; she openly discussed the various pricing incentives and options, and was very patient as we contemplate different colors. It was quite evident Ms King’s primary concern was total customer satisfaction and not selling the biggest or most costly models. She was willing to do whatever we wanted to make us happy and made us felt comfortable in taking our time to make a final decision without feeling pressured. Overall, we felt Chevy Chase Nissan staff was outstanding, a joy to work with, they gave us the opportunity to make an informed decision and an excellent deal on the new purchase. More

I must have been a difficult customer to deal with as I kept changing my mind from one vehicle to another. Derrick Moss was very informative, honest and patient with me. He helped me make the right decision. I now own a new Rogue which I got at a very good price as well. I definately would recommed Derrick to others looking to buy even those who are still not sure and in need of an HONEST SALESPERSON. I dont regret the choice I finally made. More
It was a pleasure to have Derrick Moss as our Nissan salesman. He was helpful, informative, and extremely polite. I first started looking for a Maxima SV after riding in a friends 2009. At that point, I was looking for a car for my wife, but on looks alone, I was hooked even without driving it. I did all the usual web friends 2009. At that point, I was looking for a car for my wife, but on looks alone, I was hooked even without driving it. I did all the usual web research on options, prices, and dealers using Edmunds among others. Then requested dealers to quote me over the web. Kisha was, I think, the first or second to respond, and with a very impressive price for the options I wanted. Probably six other dealers continued to contact me over the next two weeks as I went back and forth trying to get another complete quote over the web.....no one except Chevy Chase ever gave me the whole story in detail. So, next, I took a test drive, which was even more impressive, and was shown all the features and "toys"....even more impressed. I was still going back and forth with another dealer in Virginia and visited to get a good price, but although they said it was good, it was a few thousand above Chevy Chase. I returned and checked to see if we could trade in a Sienna van, but both offers were kind of low....George then recommended we try CarMax, and in fact, that was the best offer on the trade, so we did that. As I was trying to finalize my choice of dealers, George told me they could do a bit better than their pretty good offer, discussed the alternates of cash back or financing, and lowered the price several hundred more.....in fact, they then produced the car on the lot. Financial paperwork took maybe an hour or less with Ralph....very efficient and no pressure....yes, they offered all the usual adders, but no pressure at all. This was a most pleasant buying experience, and I highly recommend Chevy Chase for their professionalism, the amount of information and assistance they gave, and for their continued help in making my decision an easy one. I am amazed at the incredible focus on customer service at this dealership. I have a used vehicle (2006 Titan)that was purchased originally in Arizona. I had it serviced by Chevy Chase on Dec 1, 2009 and n at this dealership. I have a used vehicle (2006 Titan)that was purchased originally in Arizona. I had it serviced by Chevy Chase on Dec 1, 2009 and not only did they fix it right the first time I went in expecting the bill to be more than it was. READ THIS CAREFULLY- they CHARGED LESS that was anticipated. I overheard the manager actually telling another customer that a repair was NOT necessary. I can't emphasize enough the honesty and integrity of this dealership. Ashley and Jeff in the service department are friendly and helpful. DAVID TURNER is the epitome of a professional. My wife and I actually live closer to another Nissan Dealership but will continue to patronize this dealership. Should anyone want a recommnedation to this fine organization I am happy to offer it. Most people hate the new car process. I consider myself to be a savvy shopper and what made the decision easy was that the sales process was very low pressure. Alan talked about the pros of the vehicle wit to be a savvy shopper and what made the decision easy was that the sales process was very low pressure. Alan talked about the pros of the vehicle without being pushy. I loved the fact that I could walk in knowing what was a reasonable price (used edmunds) and basically got a thorough explanation of the vehicle and at no time was there any pressure to buy now. I encourage you to try a couple of dealerships but go to this one last. Compare the process. I really enjoyed my experience. I also wrote a review for Service and found that both sides of the dealership were awesome. My buying decision for a new vehicle was helped by the amazing service department but I found sales to be great as well. If anyone wants to contact me for confirmation I am happy to give an honest review. I can be reached at station44guy@gmail.com More
Chevy Chase Nissan is the absolute worst. Terrible prices, horrible service and high pressure. We went in looking for a 2010 Sentra; they steered us instead to a 2009 with promises of an incredible pr prices, horrible service and high pressure. We went in looking for a 2010 Sentra; they steered us instead to a 2009 with promises of an incredible price, then kept us waiting for an hour while they drove our car away to review it off-site for a trade-in. Finally, they came back with an offer just below sticker price for the 2009 Sentra and a trade-in estimate $1500 less than any other dealer had given us. We walked out in disgust. Since then, they've called almost daily, and have sent us form letters with our names misspelled. Their stunt on this website is typical- do they expect people not to notice that they submitted fake positive ratings for themselves? Tons of positive ratings written around the same time in the same style...and they just happen to have them all on hand in a 3-ring binder to show visitors in their showroom! These guys are the worst in the business- stay away! More
N/A for the first two items because I didn't use the dealership's service. Derrick Moss is one of the best car salesmen I have ever dealt with. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles I was interested in. He took a lot of time to explain in great detail the differences between the models I looked at. Neither he nor his manager George employed any high pressure sales tactics. When I finally selected the XTerra I was interested in, Derrick spent considerable time going over every detail of the SUV's features. No salesman has ever done that with me. I would highly recommend this dealership to those interested in buying a Nissan. More

The sales staff was very good, and was quick to assist with a test ride. The buying process was fairly straight forward, and a fair price (Edmunds TMV appox) was offered up front without any hassle. The with a test ride. The buying process was fairly straight forward, and a fair price (Edmunds TMV appox) was offered up front without any hassle. The only downsides were that (a) they resisted paying bluebook for my trade-in, and the old "slow role" the sale was used to make me less resistant to their trade in offer. Still, overall a good experience, and I will be going back for their service. More
