We went in with a prenegotiated price through USAA which was the lowest of all Nissan dealers in the area. They not only honored the price but everyone was as nice as can be, the salesman, the sales manager was the lowest of all Nissan dealers in the area. They not only honored the price but everyone was as nice as can be, the salesman, the sales manager, the finance perso and even the guy that got our car from the lot. Not only were they nice, but everyone knew what they were doing which led to a smoothe and confident experience. I would highly recommend this dealer. More
Beware of false promises and "bait and switch". Former sales manager promoted the service department as a major sales point. The "lifetime luxury package" was not worth the paper it was written on. They kept me waiting five hours for service and fixing a key fob. At the end, they charged me for the oil change anyway, promising not to charge the next time. When I arrived for my second oil change, I was told I needed to purchase a $115 minor maintenance service which didn't cover any major issues required by Nissan. I was foolish enough to try a second time for service. When I arrived at 8am for my schedule appointment I was kept waiting 45 minutes before being told that I needed to purchase the oil change unless I agreed to leave my car all day for the A service. This was not described to me at the point of sale. The service manager was unmoved by my careful reasoning that this was not explained to me at any point. Nor was he apologetic about keeping me waiting or my previous experience. He was careful to blame the former sales manager for all my problem, explaining that this was why George was fired. RECOMMENDATION: AVOID CHEVY CHASE NISSAN AT ALL COSTS! THERE ARE MANY VERY REPUTABLE CAR DEALERSHIPS IN THE REGION, AND THIS IS MOST DEFINITELY ONE TO AVOID. THEY ARE RUDE AFTER THE SALE AND DISHONEST IN THEIR ETHICS. More
I recently had to have my battery replaced in my Acura, only when the battery is unplugged, one of the safety mechanisms in the car is that the radio locks up and a 5 digit number must be entered. After several unsuccessful attempts on my own to unlock it with the code, i decided to bring it to the dealership. Almost immediately after arriving, Mike took a quick look and said, i know how to fix it and fix it he did! Not only did he do this in a matter of minutes on a Saturday, he did it at no cost and even threw in a complimentary car wash. I will always take my car into this dealership for service, even if it means traveling twice the distance. I highly recommend them and hope others see the benefit in knowing your car is in good hands. Camille More

Kisha was my first contact with Chevy Chase Nissan after looking around at other local dealerships and similar brands. It had been almost 8 years since my last car purchase and I had completed significant research on the Murano before meeting with Kisha. Kisha embraced all of my research, data, and questions. It was a pleasure to have her take the time and patience to resolve any model comparisions/concerns/features, and genuinely work with me to make a good solid decision. She really wanted to work with me and I felt that she was honest, making my car buying experience that much easier. As we proceeded through the process, Ralph joined us and was a bonus to my buying experience with Kisha. Joe handled my financing paperwork and it was very efficiently done. He clearly explained my options and choices available to me. They really made the car buying process an excellent one for me and I am delighted with my purchase. If you are at all considering a Nissan, you should check this place out first. From start to finish, it was great! More
Not having purchased a new car in a few years (OK, 18), I wasn't necessarily looking forward to it. The folks at Chevy Chase are fair, honest, a pleasure to deal with, and throw in free car washes for life and 3 year's worth of oil changes as a bonus. I was directed to this dealer by one of the internet sites (Nissan's own, I think). While CC Nissan, a new dealership, is quite close to where I live, I doubted I would end up making a purchase there since I assumed price and other factors would make it unattractive. As it turned out, they met the lowest competing offers I received from other dealers and were terrific. The people are hard working, get information quickly, are helpful and pleasantly low pressure, and they were good natured about the many questions I had about the cars and the process in general. We test drove the two models I was considering (Altima and Maxima) over to my house to make sure they would both fit in my garage. Most astonishing, at a point late in the process when I was deciding between two option packages (with what to me was one very different and distinguishing feature), the finance manager (Ralph) got the two cars side by side and spent a very long time going through the features, pros/cons, etc. and generally just letting me get comfortable with whatever decision I ultimately made. And when I bought the car, they followed me home with my old car so I wouldn't have to make a separate trip. All told, I'm very happy with the car I purchased and the service I received in getting it, and I'd recommend this dealership without reservation. More

She was very willing to work with us to help us arrive at a decision based on the options we required and her suggestions as to how to meet our price. I recently purchased a 2010 Nissan Altima from Chevy Chase Nissan. My experience through Robert was great. He provided me with all the information necessary to choose a vehicle and he was not overly aggressive in contacting me via my inquiries or making an appointment to purchase a vehicle. Once I arrived at the dealership the team there provided me with all of the information needed to make the decision on which vehicle to choose. It was a straight forward discussion of vehicle sale prices and rebates that applied to my purchase. The sales manager did try and get me to add everything under the sun but did respond to my answers of no. The financing process did take awhile, however their financing specialist was able to secure me the best financing possible, the 1.9% for 60 months, as well competitive pricing for an extended warranty and gap insurance. In addition, this dealership offers free oil changes for the first 3 yr or 36,000 miles and free car washes for the entire time you own the vehicle, both of which were very nice bonuses. The car that I wanted was not on the premises, however their staff was able to obtain the exact car I wanted from a neighboring dealer and got it there the same day. Robert kept me occupied during the time I had to wait for the car and made the wait enjoyable. In addition, they even offered me an extra tank of gas for having to wait for my car. Overall, I ended up spending more than I wanted on this vehicle however I am extremely happy with the end result and have the car that I want with a reasonable monthly payment. More

Will never buy another car again unless it is from this dealership I am very pleased with the way I was treated . Very professional and you will feel good about spending your hard earned money here and no place else. I cannot thank you enough about the excellent staff at this dealership, other dealerships should take lessons on how to treat people from this dealership.
