In 2 days they had located a couple of options and gave me pricing and let me choose which one worked best for me. I decided on one and Phil Buzilo my sales rep. had it shipped down the next day. They gave me a good deal and made the buying experience very easy. I will buy all my future cars from this dealership and highly recommend them. More
UNSCRUPULOUS Business Practices = Chevy Chase Nissan I had submitted high scores (all "5's") on May 19, 2011 when I rated my new vehicle lease experience with this dealership. I was terribly short-sight I had submitted high scores (all "5's") on May 19, 2011 when I rated my new vehicle lease experience with this dealership. I was terribly short-sighted in believing this dealership would stand above the others in offering quality service and fair pricing. I was also terribly remiss in not returning to this site in 2012 to submit a review following a vehicle service/repair visit to Chevy Chase Nissan. The dealership has a standard practice of up-charging the costs for Nissan OEM Replacement Parts (over the retail pricing offered online to the public via the Nissan USA eStore) by 50-200%! The estimate I was given by this dealership to make EXTERIOR bumper repairs (the frame was not compromised whatsoever, no moving parts, nothing electronic, etc.) was equivalent to nearly 20% of the vehicle's entire sticker price! Adding insult to injury, the dealership refused to accept a valid 15% Nissan discount card (which cited a single exclusion in its use for a new vehicle purchase) towards the cost of repairs and refused to accept/install any Nissan OEM Replacement Parts shipped directly to them by the Nissan USA eStore (items I purchased external to the dealership at normal retail pricing). AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS! More
The worst experience ever. Jeff is lazy, unprofessional and isn't very knowledgeable on customer service. He should enroll in special training. Will not return. and isn't very knowledgeable on customer service. He should enroll in special training. Will not return. More

Roland Cormier worked with me throughout every step of the process, even going out of his way to make himself as accessible to me as possible for any questions or concerns that I might have whether he was in the dealership working or not. He was extremely personable and made the car buying process as enjoyable as possible and I would not hesitate to return for future business. He was very knowledgeable not only about the Nissan that I was looking at, but also about the other non Nissan cars that I was considering. Everybody in there that I dealt with was extremely professional and I would not hesitate to recommend Chevy Chase Nissan to anybody who asks. Thank you very much Roland and the entire Chevy Chase Nissan team. More

I was proactively contacted by Rolland, who had received notice of my inquiry, which I appreciated and set him apart. Later on, only one more of the four did contact me. Chevy Chase Nissan was a most convenient location for me and my family, but what truly made the difference for us was that the whole staff at Nissan (we dealt mostly with Mike Murphy, Roland Cormier and the financial officer Hassib Wais), shared a very transparent and efficient attitude from beginning to end. From the start they recognized the deal offered by Geico and even offered some good extras, no bargaining or hidden agendas -as unfortunately is the most common case is dealers-. They were extremely nice, informative, and went to great lengths in making the whole experience the less time consuming they could. I have only praise for the whole team. More

My vehicle had been stolen & I am a cautious consumer that does his homework before any major purchase. I knew what vehicle I wanted but my schedule was tight, especially to fit in the resolution of the immediacy of an unexpected new vehicle transaction. Roland, my salesman, was superbly informative and flexible with his schedule. He coordinated all others (in Finance & Service) at the dealership to avail themselves to me on my tight calendar....which they did! I had faxed my vehicle wish-list to Roland and he searched through their inventory in rapid time to locate the perfect vehicle for me. I lucked out with a fantastic financing offer from Nissan too! My car was prepped (better than any other vehicle I've purchased in the past from other dealerships) and was waiting indoors, out of the rain, for me upon my arrival. The dealership is conveniently located within a couple blocks of the Bethesda Metro Station (Red Line). Oil changes are included at no additional cost over my financing term and I get free car washes for my snazzy Altima any time I want...for life! You won't go wrong with Chevy Chase Nissan and Roland Cormier will definitely get you into the best car at the best price for you! More
I live in Virginia and I've made my mind already wanting a Nissan Altima already after researching and being in the market for about 6 months. I went to two dealerships in VA close to me, and they were just a Nissan Altima already after researching and being in the market for about 6 months. I went to two dealerships in VA close to me, and they were just bad in most criteria. I decided to go to Maryland, which brought me to Chevy Chase. Everything was just great. First time buyer of an automobile and happy I did business with you guys. Pretty knowledgeable and very important thing for me was just extremely nice and patient. I do recommend this dealership. Just hope that the service department will do the same or even better for when my car needs it. And you sure can't pass on the key chain!. Again want to thank the Chevy Chase Nissan team for making my first car buying experience great. More
This was my and my wife's first new car buying experience. We had done lots of research over a 6 month period of time, identified the car we wanted, and the price we were willing to pay. Having co experience. We had done lots of research over a 6 month period of time, identified the car we wanted, and the price we were willing to pay. Having contacted Chevy Chase Nissan through TrueCar.com, we were given a great price and a no pressure test drive. After the test drive we were given a formal quote and applied for financing. We contacted other dealers and we confirmed for ourselves that the price given to us by Chevy Chase Nissan was a good price. At this point, we committed. Ali may not have been the most knowledgable salesman, but he was very easy to get along with and provided us with the no pressure atmosphere we wanted. He was also spot on with all of our follow up questions after purchasing the car. The finance manager was very efficient, but did try to give us a higher finance rate. We did have to be a little pushy about the rate - it was only after I said that if he couldn't beat the rate we had managed on our own through Capital One we just wouldn't finance through the dealership. He then came out with a rate that was 1/2 a percent lower than the Capital One rate, which we accepted. Having agreed on a rate over the phone, we went into the dealership to sign the paperwork and pick up the car. At the paper work signing the finance guy sold us an extended warranty at a slightly higher than competetive rate (I had already researched this). In the finance manager's defense, he was not pushy about the extended warranty, but once we agreed he rolled out a pretty good package (0% financing on the extedned warranty fee for 60 months). Where the finance manager was really great was over the title for our trade in. We've moved around alot over the last three years and had somehow misplaced our title. The finance manager was very understanding and gave us substantial leeway vis-a-vis time to get the title. Thankfully, we received the title from the DMV in only 5 business days, but the dealership was very understanding. The final person that I really should thank is the titling clerk, Marlene Livingston. She has been really great and super efficient at coaxing our tags, registration, and parking permit out of the DC DMV in time for our yearly trip to Canada. Overall, I have no complaints about this dealership. They were not pushy, they were incredibly efficient, and very patient. Just make sure you have done your own research. These same characteristics seem to carry over to the service center (I asked a few days ago about undercoating and had a very good answer from the service manager who told me not to bother in the DC area, especially as we have free car washes for life and that should prevent rusting). A great car, a good buying experience, and thus far a good post-car relationship. More
