We were looking for our first car together. We did out homework and went to a few dealership but didn't get exactly what we were looking for. He really was instrumental in our decision to buy a Nissan Sentra SR 2010 from Chevy Chase Nissan. There was nothing unusual in what followed: checking out the car, going for a test drive, looking at the options etc. What was unusual was the way Derrick and the entire dealership treated us. They are helpful, informed, and culture sensitive people. Friendly, and eager to find us what we needed. Being from another country, we have seen cases of ethnocentrism, but not with this dealership. Ralph worked till 1:00 in the morning, getting the paperwork in order so that we could drive away in our new car. We have friends that we will bring to this dealership in the future. I went in just looking, and told Mark that up front, yet he treated me with respect, did not push me to buy a car, but did not blow me off like many dealers will. I had a great experience at Chevy Chase Nissan. Derrick Moss took a lot of time with me as I visited his dealership first and bounced around to others, only to come back to CC Nissan, where I started. I felt like I was able to go to a neighborhood dealership without thinking I was limiting myself in a car search. Everyone who worked there was very friendly and helpful. Mr. Moss was very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in, and was able to answer all the questions I had. He even set up my vehicle's bluetooth, connecting it to my cell phone. Mr. Moss and Ralph the finance guy, stayed until AFTER midnight knowing I had a very busy work day schedule, just to make sure I was able to take advantage of the Cash for Clunkers deal. They even identified and helped me clear up a MVA mistake on my trade-in. I appreciated the respect they showed towards me as a customer, I would reccomend them to anyone and I would defintely buy from them in the future. More

Derrick Moss and Kisha are the two reps. who worked with us the first day. And the it was majorly Derrick with whom were discussed the car we finally bought - a 2010 Nissan Sentra, SR. We did everything that most car buyers do- negotiate price, take a test drive, discuss the features the car offers. But what impressed us was the fact that there was no mean-ness at any time. Derrick gave us as much time as needed the match a price to a car. We drove away from the lot in out first car. We would like to thank everyone from the two reps, Ralph who got the paperwork done past midnight so that we could drive away in a new car.
