Tire repair I took my 2015 Honda CRV I took my 2015 HONDA CRV into Chaplain to fix the tire light that came on. It turn out to be a small puncher hole on the side of tire. Richard Soto i I took my 2015 HONDA CRV into Chaplain to fix the tire light that came on. It turn out to be a small puncher hole on the side of tire. Richard Soto immediately told be it had to be replaced. Thanks to Nitrofill the tote was replaced with no charge to me. The service was all done in a short time. Thank you all in the service department for such good service!! More

After I explained I was there for recall assessment on my used MDX they immediately pulled my car in to begin the work. The work was completed, vehicle inspection done and car washed inside and out all in less than 2 hours. Thanks ! More

Was there by 720 and out by 830, car washed, computer adjusted and everything done well. Was greeted by Mike who sold me the car. Other personnel were always asking if I needed anything. You feel really welcome. NOW THE BAD NEWS: Chris is leaving and he will be missed. He answered all my questions in the past about the various features of my Acura RDX. He treated me as a friend, advised about adding recommendations from my friends that were nice but not needed. We built a rapport and I trusted him. He is going to be hard to replace. Even though he is going to Phoenix to work at Chapman, it will be their gain and our loss. Have a great life Chris because you were a great help as my service advisor. More

Our problem, though was their car lines of vehicles with 3rd row seats either would have cost us more or we would have settled for less. We were curious about the MDX and even though we were nervous about going to a place where didn't know anyone we took a chance on Chapman Acura .We connected online with our sales rep Greg Walsh, who couldn't have been easier to talk to and do business with. (I admit we compared prices to Phoenix but that wasn't going to be worth the trip.) So far our one visit to service was equally satisfying. A very pleasant and low stress environment. We couldn't be happier. More
Airbag replacement My Acura RL was recalled for it's airbags, and the process of 'getting it done' was dead easy. Make an appt., drive up, talk to serviceman, wait for My Acura RL was recalled for it's airbags, and the process of 'getting it done' was dead easy. Make an appt., drive up, talk to serviceman, wait for about an hour, 15 minutes, drive away with new airbags, and a freshly washed car! Perfect! Thanks!!!! More
Poor service! The salesman was rude, I wasn't informed about a financing issues and I had to go in myself and fix it. Not to mention they tried to get me to pay more after I had already put money down. Over all rude people and terrible experience with sales. Service was GREAT!! Not a problem with them at all. Everything with service went without a hassle and I loved that but sales needs some serious work. More
