The selling process was very low pressure and Michael was very friendly and enjoyable to work with. He was interested in our goals and made every attempt to meet the price we wanted for our trade-in and the new vehicle. The only problem we encountered so far was that an option we had ordered (cargo cover) was ordered in the wrong color and I am waiting for the reorder. More
