Only issue is to repair my radio/6 disk CD changer would have cost over $450. I can get an after market radio CD player with MP3 interface for far less installed. Every time we have had an occasion to visit Chapman's has been a pure delight. Everyone is quick to greet and guide you to the asked for person or department. Because we have owned five other Acura cars, we did not think about visiting another dealer. We have been extremely happy with our Acura cars and were now thinking of changing from a TL to a RDX. Not knowing that much about the RDX,our sales person, Mike was very helpful and we were allowed to keep the RDX over night to try it and see how we liked the RDX. My husband, a recently retired Dean at the UofA, was looking for a comfortable change with more storage than the other vehicles afforded. We purchased the RDX and it was a simple and easy hassle free process. Making the deal was painless, and the paperwork process took minutes. The car was delivered sparkling clean, exactly as ordered, and my sales person really took the time to explain every feature I was interested in learning about before I drove off the lot. I'm now an Acura (and Chapman) person for life. More
