The first contact I had with the dealer was to make my service appointment, I got transferred twice before someone was willing to try and help me. Joe Casanno answered the phone, as I tried to explain the problems my car had and how the last time I went to get a problem fixed, the dealer didn’t have the part available all he could do was sound annoyed and tell me he would transfer me to parts. He failed to take any extra information down other than my name and what time my service appointment would be. So to get to the dealer I have to drive 3.5 hours when I get there I am received by Steven in service and a tech named Josh, both very friendly and helpful. Steven takes my info and all the problems with my vehicle; they are able to get most of the problems fixed except for one because they don’t have the part in stock to fix it. I am unsatisfied because if Joe had taken the time to listen to me and perhaps be able to advise me that the part needed to fix one of my problems needed to be ordered or that they didn’t have it. I would have perhaps saved myself a 3.5 hour drive. The other thing that bothered me was that as I picked up my vehicle I noticed they left the windows open and the interior of the car was filthy with dust. I just wanted to leave to get home so I left unsatisfied and with a dirty car, this dealership could have left a better impression on me but they didn’t and I would not recommend it to anyone. More
Everything was 1st rate as far as the service work performed and time to complete the work. The dealership did apply some discounts to my total bill which was greatly appreciated however the total am performed and time to complete the work. Everyone at this dealership has always been friendly, courteous and helpful. Service is performed in a timely manner, with no long waits. I have just moved to Tucson so this was my first visit to Chapman Acura. Joe Cassano was just fantastic, from the moment I arrived on the lot with a list of concern's Joe made me feel like I have been coming Chapman Acura. This acura dealership is very well operated. The entire staff, whether in sales or service, is very courteous. The facility itself, is attractive, clean and well appointed. Chapman should have a Senior Citizens discount. I used to get a discount from my previous service employee but Steve would not give me one. I think the prices are high and I will be contacting some other to get a discount from my previous service employee but Steve would not give me one. I like going to the dealership as they are otherwise good to me and my 1999 TL. I bought the car new and she is like a trusted friend who has never failed me. More
Joe welcomed me by name, confirmed the service, cost & time to completion. I went back to the customer waiting area which was clean, TV running with coffee available. Every experience has been above average, with excellent work with not just the routine service, but with more difficult issues. The MDX was moved into the shop in a timely manner and the work was finished sooner than expected. Everytime I come to Chapman Acura, the service I receive is impeccable. They do everything correctly every time. Steve was patient and thorough. Originally I had thought the starter needed to be replaced. But Steve tested the starter under different conditions and found it to be working properly. I am thankful that I did not need to pay for my incorrect original diagnosis. Over the past 2-3 years, I have taken my Acuras to Chapman for service. The service is consistently excellent. People like Steve, Joe Cassano, and the parts person (can't remember his name- a youthful young man) have provided very courteous service.
