I had an emergency w my Acura when I was here from out of town. I called the Acura dealership here in Tucson as I was very anxious as to the repair costs, etc. Due to Joe Cassano's assistance I was able to town. Joe was very helpful and provided customer service over and above any other dealerships that I have dealt with and went out of his way to assist me. I have no complaints. Everything went smoothly. I went in to have my timing belt replaced and two new motor mounts installed. I was provided with a rental car for twenty four hours. The service department worker (Joe) always remember my name and is a very curtious employee. He is the main reason I return to the dealership for service and repair work. This dealership has personnel that are knowledgeable, experienced, courteous, professional and personable -- and apparently you have first-rate mechanics/technicians. It's a two-hour round trip for me to visit Chapman Acura, which I have been doing for over six years, but I find it's worth the trip each time. Joe Cassano is a true "Acura resource" who exemplifies the professional,experienced and personable people that enhances the name "Acura" which I associate with quality and reliability. i have never been treated in a car dealership as well as i was treated by Joe in customer service. He went out of his way to be sure that I was satisfied with the service and took the time to discuss the op i was treated by Joe in customer service. Walked in without an appointment and needed the headlight replaced in less than 45 minutes as I was running late for another appointment and both gentlemen named above went out of the way to get the job done replaced in less than 45 minutes as I was running late for another appointment and both gentlemen named above went out of the way to get the job done in less than 20 minutes.
