The service was fine, I think the price for the oil change is a little bit high. Your dealership is the only Acura dealer around. I was greeted when I arrived and I was given an estimate for cost and time when repair would be complete and it was done on time and budget. There was no pressure to do additional work. We went to two different independent mechanics to have our Acura looked at and they eventually recommended the dealership. We don't usually use dealerships for our repairs but I was pleasantly surprised b our Acura looked at and they eventually recommended the dealership. They were prompt, professional, and cheaper than what I was accustomed to paying at an independent mechanic's shop. They also narrowed down the problem and had better information about how to fix our car. Great job! More
I had an appointment time and arrived a little early. They took my car for servicing immediately. I went to the waiting area and read the newspaper. Before i could finish reading the newspaper, Steve came in and said my car had been services and washed, and was ready for me to drive away. This is really quick service and always with a smile. In my Owner's manual, there are spaces to have the services performed at the dealership logged into the manual. This is the fourth servicing of my new RDX, and previous service notations have not been entered by the service department. Steve noticed this and took my manual into his office and updated all previous and current services performed to my RDX. Now I have a full service record for my new car. Thanks again Steve. There was a very nice young man who wrote up my service record initially. Unfortunately, my old mind has forgotten his name. He was very pleasant and checked out the wear condition of my tires and directed me to the waiting room. Very nice initial impression for the dealership. More
I have always been pleased with the level of service and the friendliness of your customer service reps at Chapman. They have been very accomodating in providing a loaner car when needed. The service on the phone and in person is always friendly and fast. Drop off and pick up is always seamless! On Monday April 25th I drove in with a dead battery, and immediately three Chapman Acura employees including the Service Manager came to the rescue. They quickly tested the battery, diagnosed the problem, a immediately three Chapman Acura employees including the Service Manager came to the rescue. They quickly tested the battery, diagnosed the problem, and the parts guy (John Szewczyk) quickly pulled a brand new one from stock, and in a matter of minutes they had the new one installed, and I was out and on my way. Since the dead battery was still under warranty, there were no charges or fees. I was really amazed how fast, efficient, courteous, and thorough everyone was- I thought it might take hours to fix me up. Great thanks and praise for the Chapman Acura team! More
I had been having service on my 2008 Acura TSX done at the Honda dealer only five minutes from my home on the NW side of Tucson, for convenience. The last time I went to them for an oil change, they told the Honda dealer only five minutes from my home on the NW side of Tucson, for convenience. The last time I went to them for an oil change, they told me I needed a timing belt and there was small hole in the condenser leaking fluid and it would cost $840 to fix. While my TSX has 107,000 miles on it, it does not even have a timing belt. They wanted to "fix" my A/C right there and had the parts to do so. I declined. At Chapman Acura, they took care of the maintenance I wanted, confirmed there was no timing belt, and twice, at my insistence, looked for a problem in my A/C and found it working perfectly with no leaks. They were courteous and clear with their answers. More
