Purchased a used car from them. The sales reps were as accommodating as they could be, and were generally polite and responsive. The internet manager, Melanie, was absolutely rude and dismissive. My husband and I drove from 5 hours out of town to purchase a vehicle from them, and we attempted to get as much done remotely as possible. This is not uncommon this day and age, and we have done this several times before, even leaving a deposit if needed. Melanie, however, was unresponsive and acted as if it was inconvenient for her to even speak to us because we were not there in person. This made our transaction very difficult because despite how polite the sales reps were, she needed to review every transaction. We came with our own financing, which was another reason the dealership (or Melanie specifically) did not want to work with us. They would rather stick us with one of their partners where they could make money off of the transaction, despite their partners having double the interest rates that we received from our private financing with excellent credit. We ended up purchasing a vehicle from them at a decent price only because we were very persistent. I'll note that the dealership charged $600 for tent, which was reduced from $800. Mind you, this was a used vehicle that was obviously tinted by the previous owner. There were noticeable chip marks and blemishes in the front and passenger side window. The dealership did not even bother to check this before they added a tint charge for work they did not even do. (It goes without saying that I can get an entire vehicle tinted for much less than that at a reputable place with a warranty!) After going back and forth with the dealership for a couple of days, they finally permitted us to take the vehicle to a local dealership to have the tint redone at their charge. Further, the gas was almost empty. Never have I purchased a vehicle where they did not at least fill the gas tank. The only reason I would recommend this dealership is because of the politeness of sales reps and the deal we received on the vehicle. But keep in mind they will attempt to add all kinds of unnecessary fees, such as reconditioning fees (for things they should do to a used car anyway) and even charges for a tint job that they did not even complete. Be leery of the bait and switch. More

I was told the repair would be covered, when I came back the next day it was not covered. I was told I needed an oil change I knew about that and was going to do it myself to save money, but when I was led the next day it was not covered. I was told I needed an oil change I knew about that and was going to do it myself to save money, but when I was led to believe the repair I initially came in for was going to be free I safe do the oil change. Then 2 hours later while I was away from the dealership I got a call telling me the price of the repair. Needless to say it was not covered anymore, I said we just do that instead of both, I was told the oil change was already done. They ended up working on my jeep for over 4 hours. When I finally got it back I was in such a hurry and the ventilation was on full blast I didn’t notice the gasoline smell. It was in my car for three days, and I had to clean up the water bottle and other trash left in my car along with having to clean up the grease that was on the center console. I also had asked as I knew it could possibly take up to 2 hours if I could borrow a loaner vehicle to run some errands while I waited. I was told no we don’t offer that, but we use uber. I had to wait over 40 minutes for the first uber. Then when I was ready to return calling the dealership to speak to the service agent to get a ride back I was told they could not find him but they would send him a message marked urgent. This is extremely unprofessional, I had to wait yet again another 30 minutes after calling and waiting 15-20 explaining to the receptionist that sending a message was not good enough. More

Everyone went out of their way to deliver the best possible vehicle to me. I’ve purchased Dodge and Jeep vehicles for the last 40 years through different dealerships in Kissimmee, Miami, Orlando and even dealerships in Knoxville and Lenoir City Tennessee. Although all of the other dealerships were fantastic, Central Florida Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram really went above and beyond. As was this purchase, most have been purchased out of the showroom floor. I’ve never realized how much of a “beating” the showroom vehicles receive. Upon purchasing my vehicle, my salesman Scott Webster send it first to the service department for a complete diagnostic checkup. It was determined that the batteries were “kind of low”, so Scott requested they be replaced even before it would be delivered to me.. Anyway the entire team at Central Florida Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and a special shout out to Wanda Cunningham who has stood by me all these years and is the #1 reason I will always be a CDJR customer no matter where my next adventure leads me. More
