Ridiculously slow to do a repair. We setup an appointment to have a leak fixed on our Expedition only to be told it would be a couple days before someone could look at it. What is the point of an appointment if they would look at it when they find the time? It took 2 days before they called back and said it was a leaking water pump and they would need another week to replace it. In total they had the truck for 10 days to do a repair that should take 4 or 5 hours. The kicker? When we asked about an open recall (that we've asked about twice before), they said they hadn't done it because we hadn't implicitly asked them to address it, but they would be happy to keep the truck another week to order the part and do the recall. More
