My service writer Christopher put zero effort into communicating with me. By the end of the process I was very frustrated with him. The technician made a few mistakes as well including leaving bolts o communicating with me. By the end of the process I was very frustrated with him. I've bought several vehicles from this dealership. My previous experiences were great. However, my last purchases will be my last. I was sold a 2021 Nissan Titan. When the salesman pulled it up front My previous experiences were great. However, my last purchases will be my last. I was sold a 2021 Nissan Titan. When the salesman pulled it up front he mentioned that the front left tire was low and he had to fill it up. He said I should keep an eye on it in case it had a leak. Needless to say I have been having to add air to it since the day I brought it home. When I took the truck into Nissan for a recall I asked them to look at the tire. They found a nail in the tire in a spot that they were unable to repair. I contacted my salesman and he denied that there was ever an issue with the front tire. His manager then contacted me and said there was nothing they could do because it passed their "inspection". Complete denial from both parties and pretty much called me a liar. So now I'm forced to buy a new set of tires during the holidays because this dealership lacks integrity and won't admit to selling a vehicle with a known defect. Pretty disappointing. Update: I ended up taking the truck to a shop and they found not one but three nails buried in the tire. The truck was sold to me with THREE nails in the tire! More

My father and I came in for service to get some electrical work done that was causing him issues. The dealer correctly identified what wiring needed to be fixed and completed this work in a reasona electrical work done that was causing him issues. The dealer correctly identified what wiring needed to be fixed and completed this work in a reasonable time, this is not my issue. They also told my father his turbo piping had gone bad (CAC piping)- the turbos had failed on the way to drop the car off so this seemed reasonable. The reason for replacement on the write up was because the original part was dislodged and an updated system came out that was less likely to fail. We called in and asked if this part was broken on our truck and the rep Maddi DeYoung stated yes the part was broken and needed to be replaced and also it was now both sides of the turbo piping was bad instead of just something being dislodged. I could smell the xx and told my father not to do this work. When we arrived to pick up the car we continued to question the CAC piping that they desperately wanted us to buy. We inspected our vehicle and realized that is is a dishonest dealership, neither side of the pipe was dislodged nor broken at all. The wiring work they did seemed to fix the issue with the turbos because they were now working. I believe the computer was reading false info and putting the truck into limp mode but this is unclear. All I know for sure is without paying an extra $1,000 our turbos we’re working again. This dealership will try to sell you things you don’t need! They are not out for your best interest and nobody should service there. The icing on top of the cake - they had left another customers keys in our truck and also our passenger door was not even assembled when we arrived to pick up the truck. We had to ask for that to be put back together, they obliged. Still the tech still didn’t put the fuse box cover back on and left it on the floorboard after we had asked. I wouldn’t trust these people to work on any of my cars or anybody else’s car/truck. More
