I have owned Ford vehicles since 1961 , and still loyal. Mr Joel Strizich , and the shop foreman , James ,(did not get his last name), jumped right in ,and took care of my brake problem immediately ! What i was charged for the maintenance on my F250 Super Duty was reasonable even if it would have been twice the price , as i was trying to get back to Maine at the end of my vacation !! Highly commend Castle Rock Ford for employing personnel of this caliber !! Bill More
They fix your car and sometimes it's back sooner than they anticipate. But they don't ever go above and beyond to ensure a great service experience or to make something right that went wrong. They do nothing extraordinary - we have never been offered a loaner or shown any enthusiasm as customers. It feels like they know the bare minimum about the service bulletins and can't offer more than reading it to you. More
Had an appointment at 4 PM with Sabrina and it was not great. I was at the dealership at 3 45 and was checked in before 4. The only thing that was required was a simple oil change. I opted for the quick lane the truck was waiting to be picked up until 4 40 PM. Something that needs to be done in 20 -30 mins took almost 1.5 hrs+. There were billing issues as well. I had a coupon and the price that was agreed upon before leaving the vehicle was not the price that was finalized after the service. The truck had a lot of grease and they don't put any covers on the seat as well. More
