My husband and I purchased a truck from Medved South about 1 year ago and were very pleased with the salesperson and service. We only went to Medved as they had the used car we were looking for. It was your typical dealer experience though, enough so that my wife said that she'd never buy a car from Medved ever again because looking for. It was your typical dealer experience though, enough so that my wife said that she'd never buy a car from Medved ever again because of the typical car sales games along the way. Good cop/bad cop between the sales person and the sales manager, etc. My main irk with them is their $499 dealer handling charge. This is a junk fee that they impose on every deal. This should be abolished. Also the facility is not really family friendly. We were there with our young kid and it was a rough going. While other dealerships had a well stocked playroom, snacks, water, etc.; none of this was found at Medved. They say that they made no money on my deal. The fact that they said this means that they did make money. Once again, see the 2nd paragraph. Medved needs to come up to date on the dealership experience as with other dealers out there making it a better buying experience, they are a few steps behind the curve. More

Pat Carter is my service adviser. Whenever I call in for service on my H3, Pat is always extremely friendly and very helpful. He gets my vehicle in right away and helps to get me on my way. She was really friendly on the phone and ask the correct questions. These two were some one I wanted to meet. They had found the truck I was looking for, it was in Nebraska. My wife and I decided to drive from Arvada to Castle Rock to meet these two. It was such a joy to meet them. The truck is in NE, but we decided to purchase it any way. Sheila was very helpful with making the purchase. While filling out the paper work, one of the General Managers, Bill Maffeo, kept coming by, saying he knew me. I found out later he had been one of my Auto Mechanics Students at Wheat Ridge Sr High in the seventys. What a wonderful experience my wife and I had with Sheila C and her very helpful staff.
