Approached dealer with an offer at 8am via website tool, had a response within 15 minutes of them opening at 9am. The vehicle was waiting for me to test drive, it took only a few minutes to copy license and basic instructions on the vehicle and I was off. John, the internet manager, told me the best place to go for a few hills and basically said have fun, take your time and see you in a bit. It was kind of nice that I could go sans sales person so I wasn't being sold on the thing the whole time and could investigate everything at my own pace. Car was great, came back and agreed that I wanted to purchase and we went through paper work a quickly as possible, everything was explained thoroughly. Meantime care was prepped and when all paperwork was signed I was out the door. Total time was probably 2.5 hours. Would recommend dealing with these guys, didn't feel like the usual xx or hard sell you receive when going to a dealer lot. They did the standard attempt at upsell on warranties etc during the business doc process but nothing uncomfortable. They were efficient, knowledgeable and friendly, will use and recommend them in the future. No comment on service dept as I haven't used it. More

I have bought trucks and cars from Medved and have used their service department for these vehicles for nearly a decade. The sales department is fairly informative but the main reason I go to the Medved i their service department for these vehicles for nearly a decade. The sales department is fairly informative but the main reason I go to the Medved is their Ford and Chrysler/Dodge service advisors and mechanics. They do everything they can to get the vehicles in and out as quickly as possible. I'll use these guys for my service work - GO MEDVED! More

I wanted to bring to your attention the amazing service that I had on my 2007 Lincoln Navigator this morning (4/27/11). To give a little background – it was nothing earth-shattering that happened. I basically had an altercation with the side of my garage, and the garage won. This resulted in a shattered taillight and what I can only describe as paint scratching on pretty much the whole rear passenger side of the car. I called Gary Clayton yesterday to see if he would be able to get the part and work me into the schedule and today – not even 24 hours later – the taillight is fixed, the back panel of the car looks like nothing happened, and I’m so thrilled! I really just wanted to take the time to commend everyone who helped me out, from start to finish. John in Parts – who was able to get the part first thing this morning. Gary, for working me in so quickly and getting me in and out in under an hour (and being so nice on top of all that). And especially Donnie Lyday, who took care of the body work, buffed out all the scratches and made it look incredible. I’m not sure what kind of awards you guys have at Medved, but if there are – this was definitely award-winning service. With guys like these in your employ, who take care of things so smoothly and seamlessly, I know I’ll be driving Navigators and servicing them at Medved for many more years to come. More
