I purchased a car warranty, which I was told by the Finance Manager that I could cancel anytime. Well, somehow I "LOST" $1,000 in the return transaction! Eric Cody treated me as an equal to my husband which was VERY important to me. He answered every question in detail and did not seem to mind when we said we were not going to buy that day. Eric invited us back and said he worked with Jim Davis. Within the next few days we came back to buy and Jim started off helping us. He helped me find a truck that was perfect based on what I was looking for and explained everything about my new truck (the vehicle I traded in was 12 years old and has 371,000 miles on it. Many things had changed.) Eric and Jim are an AWESOME team. We always felt that they had our best interest at heart. In another 12 years, when I'm ready to get another truck, I'll be back and looking for Jim and Eric. More

Horrible service Had my truck in for three days and did not fix the water coming in from my roof. Express quick lane people did not replace window sticker or reset the computer... What else didn't they do the oil filter or the whole service. And they have not been rotating my tires and now two are worn down on the inside. This is covered in my ford maintenance package that I bought. I would consider that stealing from me I paid for a service that has not been done. Overall horrible experience it's a shame to live here in castle rock and not use the ford dealer. Instead drive 20 miles away to another ford dealership. More

I was shopping from out of state and my Salesman, Chad, immediately cut to the chase with a reasonable price. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, there were some difficulties, but everyone did everything they could to alleviate the situation, The Salesman we dealt with when we picked up the vehicle, Jimmy, Was knowledgeable and polite. The finance manager, Jennifer, was also easy to work with and made everything as smooth as possible. My one gripe is that when I returned home, the vehicle had a couple of minor issues with it that I feel should have been addressed by the dealer before it was sold. More
