The customer service was awesome! I feel that was an understatement. My dealer phobia was entirely wiped clean thanks to, Steve, my salesman. I got an unbeatable deal with my new 2014 Ford Focus. He took his time explaining how to use the different features in my new car and took the time a few days later to check if I was still satisfied and didn't have any other questions. To his surprise I did have a question and a rather difficult one at that. He got back to me within 10 minutes with the answer I needed!!! I don't know if I ever want to deal with another salesman! I'm hooked to Medved Castle Rock despite living in Aurora! I've had my new car for four days now with absolutely no regrets. My fears of car buying is a thing of the past. No more junkers for me!
