Great Friendly People I just purchased a 2015 Mustang at MedVed and it was hands down the best experience I’ve had buying a car. I ordered my Mustang so I had the pleasure of waiting 2.5 months for it. During that time my salesman Marvin Banks went out of his way to make sure my order was correct, contacted me with time lines, and even helped me have the car tinted before I picked it up. I felt as though he treated the car as if he had ordered it for himself. He took pictures for me to have of what it looked like when it was finally delivered to the lot, he kept all the original paper work for me, and even left the plastic wrap on the floor mats and key fobs. Delivery of the car was great, the car was the cleanest I’ve seen it since it left the dealership. Marvin even took the time to walk me through a lot of the features of the car and it didn’t feel rushed. One of the other managers, Jim Davis, was also very helpful. He answered questions for me when Marvin wasn’t around and was always friendly and polite. I’d have no problem going back to by my next car. More

New truck I bought a new F150 a few weeks ago, I must say that the whole experience was painless. After the test drive I told Steve Sigler , Ronnie Rawdon and J I bought a new F150 a few weeks ago, I must say that the whole experience was painless. After the test drive I told Steve Sigler , Ronnie Rawdon and Jimmy that I want their best price on both the new truck and my trade. They get one chance at this. I had to leave and would return later or tomorrow. I came back a few hours later they presented their best offer and after a few minutes talking the deal was done. I felt they gave me a fair deal on both vehicles and off to talk to Mark in finance. I didn't take the truck home as I had to clean out my trade, so I came back the next day after work. They went over the truck with me and answered all my questions. John Medved came over and introduced himself and thanked me for being a customer. That just goes to show he appreciates his customers.
