I highly recommend Casa de Cadillac. When I was looking for a new car they didn't put on any pressure. They didn't follow us around the lot and they gave us the time to look at their cars without making u for a new car they didn't put on any pressure. Our sales guy was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. After I had my SRX for a short time, they even followed up with a phone call to make sure I had a good experience. Since I have had my SRX, on the few occasions I have needed a scheduled service or had to bring in my car, I have only had great experiences with their service department. They arranged for a loaner car (same type as I drive) on a day they needed to keep my car. On a different day, I was able to wait. They waiting area has free wifi and is very comfortable allowing me to work while I was waiting so I wasn't at all inconvenienced. I work with Reno. He is very friendly, very knowledgeable, and takes excellent care of me and my car. A bigger plus is that they don't mind that my dog is with me and goes in their loaner car. Yesterday while I was driving a light went on signifying there was something wrong. I called the service department and they were quickly able to tell me what it was and what to do. Apparently, my dog stepped on one of the buttons and I just had to push so it would go back to its setting. I can't say enough good things about Casa de Cadillac. I am one extremely happy customer. The service at Casa de Cadillac is great! Every time I drop my car off, they call me the same or next day with a review of what needs to be done along with the cost. My experience purchasing my vehicle was exceptional. In regards to my service experience, it was not as good. I waited for about 4.5 hours to get my car detailed and wheels changed and during this time nobody came to tell me the status of my vehicle; I had to hunt people down to get answers. There was also a scratch near the drivers door handle that was supposed to be buffed out; however, they were unable to do so and at the same time the clearcoat over the paint was rubbed off. It's not a big deal but I do not want to be held responsible for this scratch when the vehicle is returned at the end of the lease. To make a long story short, my sales experience with Casa de Cadillac was nothing less that what I expected and I was extremely pleased! More
