Howard goes the extra mile for his customers. If I call up with a problem question he usually can tell me what to expect when I come in. We got an excellent price, and I was so impressed with the way the made sure we knew how to operate all the features of the car. They even came to my home to help me set things up. I have never had such excellent service from a dealership. They actually Fix the little problem that I have found when I go into the service department. They always look for specials and coupons that I might have missed to save me money. And they work so quickly I have been called the same day to pick up my car. I have recommended Casa Automotive group to friends and they have had the same good service. More

I spent countless hours trying to determine vehicle availability and pricing information on the Internet. Mariola Sharsky of Casa De Cadillac was the only person who presented information clearly, and availability and pricing information on the Internet. Twice I was prepared to purchase an SRX elsewhere, only to find that the actual price for the vehicle was not what was listed on their website. Clearly, either the dealership, the salesman or both were involved in deceptive practices. Ms. Sharsky's response kept her (and Casa De Cadillac) on my contact list. The vehicle price was not the draw; Ms. Sharsky's honesty was the principal factor. Ultimately, we made our purchase decision based on the simple fact that Ms. Sharsky was honest with my wife and I. Once the sale was completed, Ms. Sharsky took the time to review all of the vehicle's functions clearly with my wife, (the prime vehicle operator). I am extremely appreciative of her respect for my wife and her knowledge of the product she represents. We have had the opportunity to have our vehicle serviced at Casa De Cadillac, therefore, I will comment on that experience as well. Jeff, our service representative was excellent. His associate, I believe Omar, was similarly excellent. I experienced the same level of honesty and respect with the Service Department, as I experienced with Ms. Sharsky. I've had over a dozen company provided vehicles, and numerous personally owned vehicles. Most of my experiences with Automobile Dealers have involved deceptive practices, resulting in the termination of a transaction. My experience with Casa De Cadillac has been a thoroughly positive one. More
