I had an intermittent problem connected with opening the drivers door on my '08 CTS. Kirk Mills worked with me over several visits to pinpoint the problem. It eventually required the replacement of the do drivers door on my '08 CTS. Kirk Mills worked with me over several visits to pinpoint the problem. It eventually required the replacement of the door lock mechanism and associated switches. Although it did take a while to locate the source of the problem the dealership worked with me and was always pleasant and courteous. I am very pleased with the results. More

WORST DEALER EVER!! went to buy a used car and the minute i started to negotiate and asked for a very reasonable price, the salesman turned me away and abruptly said "good day" without any negotiation! Car Salesman's Name Was Dick Savage and he was the absolute rudest person on the planet! The Other Salesman in the showroom refused to even speak with us!! Now, A While Later, that Pre-Owned Nissan Altima Has Not Been Sold. Then, When i tried to leave, he tried to talk up their used cars saying that they are "top of the line" and "hand picked" and "only the best" but the customer service was the worst. More
I have been a loyal GM vehicle owner since 1994 and I have owned well over 30 NEW GM vehicles since then. Out of every GM dealership that I have dealt with over the years, Casa De Cadillac has been by f have owned well over 30 NEW GM vehicles since then. Out of every GM dealership that I have dealt with over the years, Casa De Cadillac has been by far the best servicing dealership. I am treated like family at Casa. Everyone knows me by my first name and everyone is super friendly. Casa's prices on service are comparable to other dealerships and independent shops, but you get the security of dealing with an actual dealership. Rino and Rene are outstanding to work with. I would never even think about going elsewhere! Casa is my first and last choice for service needs for my Cadillac. More
This is the least honest service place that I've ever been to. I brought my new car there only because this was the dealership where I had purchased it. First, they never gave me a signed, written estimate of the costs. Because not everything was covered by insurance, they simply ignored some of the work that they promised to do when I left my car there. Because they proceeded with the work that was covered, I lost my ability to negotiate the costs for the entire job with another shop. They promised me a free loaner car, but two weeks after I thought I was completely done with these people, they sent me an additional bill of $100, for the loaner. The manager, Rene, would not talk with me because I was "upset." I can't imagine him saying this to a man. What kind of a manager doesn't speak with upset customers? Especially if you're a woman, stay away...far, far away. I usually lease my cars from high-end dealerships and have never, ever had any problems. These people seriously make me regret having purchased a Cadillac. More
Brian works for Saab and assisted me in my lease of a 2004 Saab 9-3 AERO!!! we drove a couple of cars and also a Cadillac CTS. They had an extensive selection of Hummer H2's decked out there as well. There were celebrities all over the place that day too!!! The service department was much better than the experience I had with my last infiniti and I am recomending Brian to my clients as well. PS I am a producer and some of my staff has followed me into a SAAB.<br>Bravo for GM in producing in conjunction with SAAB a fantastic turbo 4 banger with lots of stick to the road ability--I beat my AERO up on Mulholland Drive so you know what that can be like at 3am!!!<br> More
