I called Eric Clark to bring my Seville SLS in for service. He told me to come right in. He welcomed me and quickly handled the paperwork so I could enjoy the fresh coffee in the newly remodeled mod service. He told me to come right in. A large flat screen HD tv and car magazines complimented the wait. I also really like the remodeled service advisors' large desk area. The glass partition between the desk and car drive-in area adds to the spacious and modern feel. AC coolant service was done quickly and promotional discounts made for a fair price although I may not have gone for service if the discounts were not offered. More

I made an appointment,went to the dealership met the service consultant, he was very friendly took his time to listen to my needs, sat me up with a loaner car later he call me and advised me that it wou service consultant, he was very friendly took his time to listen to my needs, sat me up with a loaner car later he call me and advised me that it would take couple of days to finish the repairs. Howard Levy in service is a real pro. He makes going in for service a pleasure which makes me want to continue to lease cars from Casa.
