Do not go to Cardinale Hyundai! !! They have their own financing and will steer you over to their own and you won't qualify for the manufacturer's incentives like the college and of !! They have their own financing and will steer you over to their own and you won't qualify for the manufacturer's incentives like the college and of course any dealer financing incentives. They will also put an add on so they can turn your vehicle off if you get behind payments. Honestly would rather pay over than have to be lied to continuously! I hate this dealer so much! My son qualifies for a college graduate rebate and they told him he had to finance at an 11% rate with Hyundai. Then there is a $500 cash rebate for financing with Hyundai and they told him that he couldn't do it unless his parents were co-buyers. These people are awful. Called the Hyundai customer service and financing people and they told us they should have applied rebates automatically. They have no values and no scruples! I hate that they seemed to make crap up as they go. Will be posting this review all over the place! More
On 01/07/2022, I sold my car to Cardinale Way Hyundai. The initial transaction was pleasant. I was told the check for my car would be ready in 10 business days. I called on 01/19/2022 to reassure the check would be ready for pick up. The male on the phone said yes, come get it on Friday. I came to pick it up on Friday to find out, not only was it not ready, it was sent to the wrong bank. In addition, the lady I was dealing with, head of the sales staff, said the bank cashed the check. I was again told to return to get the check. I picked up the check on 01/31/2022. The lady said she’d give me the check despite them not having the title yet, thank you. I asked if she could make these errors correct by providing me with an oil change or two. She told me no. She added we already gave you enough for your trade in. She admitted to the errors by her staff, yet decided it wasn’t that big of a deal. I told her it was bad for business and she didn’t seem to mind. Not wanting to make a scene, I left. I called back later in the evening to make a complaint, however, she’s the one to complain too. I spoke to the service manager and never received a response to my inquiry. I’ve bought all of my Hyundai’s there and service them there. Unfortunately, I’ll have to take my business elsewhere. Thank you for your time and I hope this review helps. Follow up on this incident. I called and spoke to the head manager, Scott Jackson. I cannot express how unprofessional he is. He said I trashed him online, and I didn’t. He continued to argue with me about how I should have come to him about this issue, however, I was told Joyce is the end all, be all for complaints. Scott hung up on me despite me not completing my discussion. He added we have relationships where everyone wins, not this time. More
I wouldn't recommend purchasing a car here. My wife and I went in on July 30th to purchase a Tuscon. We were in a rush so we ended up paying $22,500 in cash for a down-payment and were told that the salesper went in on July 30th to purchase a Tuscon. We were in a rush so we ended up paying $22,500 in cash for a down-payment and were told that the salesperson, Marcela, would bring the car to our house with the contract to sign. We appreciated the offer and were happy to take them up on it. We were told that Marcela would be at our house around 9pm. However, 11pm rolled around and still no car or paperwork. They took our $22,500 and never stuck to what they promised. Dissapointed and frustrated my wife and I told Marcela that we would be back in the following morning to complete the process. The next morning we go in and the she is apologetic about not delivering the car the night before. She ended up helping other customers before finalizing our deal. This is terrible summer service however we told her that it was alright. The Desk Manager came out to apologize and promised that he would mail a gift card to us for the inconvenience. We still have not received the gift card 18 days later. Our experience was poor and we are very disappointed. On top of this we ended up having to pay for all the ridiculous markups. Due to the car market right now most dealerships have them but they weren't willing to negotiate much. I will not be purchasing from them again. More
Worst auto experience ever. Totally ignored after they took my car in for repair. Made more than 20 calls checking on when repair would be complete, unable to no one would answer phone. The next day Brianna and Christian called us and said to come down that the paperwork was ready and the car was ready when I got there the car was parked next to my car and they tell us after making us wait almost 40 minutes that they had traded the car to another dealer we were so upset because we were talking to them basically all day and they could have told us instead of making us drive for an hour to get to their dealer in traffic in the heat!!! They had no consideration for us were not honest, we will never ever recommend anybody this dealer or make the mistake of going back there. Worst experience by far if I could give them a 0 star rating I would! More

I am so glad I chose to go to Cardinale Way Hyundai! I went in to purchase the vehicle I had been leasing and Eric Dance helped me to complete all of the paperwork and made the whole process easy and effo went in to purchase the vehicle I had been leasing and Eric Dance helped me to complete all of the paperwork and made the whole process easy and effortless.
