This was the worse encounter i have ever had in my life , specially when the supervisor tells me you’re not related to Hyundai and you do not represent this company that you carry their Logo and you’re indep specially when the supervisor tells me you’re not related to Hyundai and you do not represent this company that you carry their Logo and you’re independent..i bought the car from Genesis next to your location and I was assured that they as well part of the group..I will never come back and I told the manager at the service I will make sure to share my experience with everyone else, I told her the terms with Lexus that I have been dealing with for the last 10 years and how their customer service is she replied well we are not Lexus so i responded ( you will never be with this attitude) all services I have done with the car was with Huyndai since i bought the car for my daughter and asked her to check other location to prove my loyalty but unfortunately your system is not linked to track the car history service ( or she lied I don’t know) but in these days everything is linked even if you change your oil at Walmart it will be showing at the vehicle history anywhere..not sure even if my review will make a difference or I will be called to apologise and I told her my daughter have over 350k followers on her social media account and we will make sure that the people knows our experience, I went for oil service and I back door that doesn’t open the they offered me a 903$ + 280 $ diagnosis non refundable ( just to tell me what’s the issue) at Lexus as a loyal customer they wave the diagnosis fees and 99% of the time I fix any issues at their end ..
