Best car buying exprience that I ever had. I am 47 years old and have purchased a lot of cars. Due to some financial issues recently my credit had fallen down a little. So I see a car on Autotrader.com that old and have purchased a lot of cars. Due to some financial issues recently my credit had fallen down a little. So I see a car on Autotrader.com that said "We Finance Any One" or something like that. So I called and the salesmen Joe Regan explained my options over the phone. I felt I could work with the terms he offered. So I went to see Joe the next day. SUre enough he obtained financing for me right there same day. I did have to make another trip out a few days later to resign a few things, but overall very happy. See Joe Regan if you go there, really a nice guy. More

I was pleasantly surprised on how the sales person (Jesse)presented himself. There was no pressure or gimmicks during our time discussing automobiles. I saw a 1997 White Saab 900 Turbo Convertible on Cars.com on a Sunday. I called and left a message that I was interested. I received a call back right away and gave Joe credit information. I received a call early Monday morning and was told what I needed to put down as a down payment and what the monthly payments would be. I took my wife and son to the dealership and the car was there waiting for us to test drive. I had my son who is a mechanic drive the car. He was satisfied. We went in and were finished in a very short time. This was absolutely the best car buying experience in my life! I am a very happy customer. They do not respond to you very well. My wife and I first started shopping for used cars in March 2011. We visited many dealerships and spoke with at least ten salesmen. I decided to give a car dealer that was not affiliated with any one auto maker. We tried Carmart in Villa Park IL. WHat a sigh of relief when we met Joe, No pressure just straight talk about the vehicles we were interested in. Very professional at all times and again the whole time we looked at the cars,no pressure. When we decided on a car we liked we took it for 2 test drives. We were pre approved from our bank so we settled on a price and the deal was done. The price we paid for the van we purchased was a great deal both in our opinion and the banks. I would like to ad that our two kids were with us the whole time we were at the dealership and the staff was more than polite and friendly to us and our kids. I saw an ad on autotrader for a Honda accord and so myboyfriend and I went to check it out. We walked the lot a little with out getting attacked by sales people. He just introduced himself and asked if we were looking for a specific car. From the very beginning he was very helpful, opening doors and even offered a soda. The car looked just like the pictures online, and it drove perfect. The Hood wouldn't close after it was opened but Jesse said he would take care of it. It was fixed in 5 min, and I was so happy to drive my car home. I've been driving it all weekend, and no problems. I got a great car at a great price from a great place. He did ask me to visit this website and be honest but it's the least I could do after the great deal he put together for me. More

I bought a wheelchair van from this dealership and while they were taking the pmt they were very polite but after I got the vehicle it was a piece of junk!!! We made arrangements to return it which they did but they didn't follow through our agreement. This dealership will RIP YOU OFF!!!!!! they still owe me 650 dollars and it's been like 8 months. I try getting in touch with mr Nelson and he does not return my calls after leaving voicemails. I am extremely disappointed at this dealership. Please look for another dealership to buy from. More
