Their cars are mostly cars that come from floods. I was interested in a Nissan Rouge on the MLK lot in Fayetteville. I filled out the paperwork online and got an approval code. The sales manager then said they could not approve me at this time due to an active bankruptcy which was disclosed during the online approval process? I consider this whole interaction with CarMart a total waist of time and very unprofessional. 1. Why approve someone online and then tell them they are unable to help them? 2. Why evaluate a trade in and then give a value if you were not able to finance a vehicle in the first place? For whatever reason they changed their mind or deemed me dishonest? Or did not like me saying I would sell my car myself. Whatever the reason I will not enter another CarMart lot based on this encounter. I was told to come back when my bankruptcy is clear, lol. That’s why people use CarMart, their credit isn’t up to par; so when it is up to par, why in the world would I go to CarMart and pay 15% interest? I found this whole experience, while not totally unexpected, to be very unprofessional. CarMart needs to train their sales staff or in this instance, the manager , better. Train them to be professional and consistent. More

My husband and I have bought 2 vehicles from Car Mart in Farmington, MO in the last 4 months. They both have been in the shop more than our driveway. Now the 2nd vehicle is at the shop for the 4th time. App Farmington, MO in the last 4 months. They both have been in the shop more than our driveway. Which we was told to put at least 200 miles on it to get it messed up. I have made calls to the corporate headquarters and the BBB to file complaints. I know it's a used car lot but to tell me to do something and then I do only to be lied to about not following through with your word. It not ok with me!! More
