Let me start out by stating I was asked to visit this web site by my salesperson Pete. He asked me if I could fill out a survey about my exprience. Since I was treated so well I thought I would. As used car site by my salesperson Pete. He asked me if I could fill out a survey about my exprience. Since I was treated so well I thought I would. As used car lots go this is not your typical used car lot. It was large building with a big selection of cars to view. I came to look at 06 Lexus that I saw on the internet. The price that was advertised was thousands less than others I had seen, so I was waiting for the big surprise. but none never came. Pete told me the car had been on the lot for too long and the owner wanted to get rid of it. True or not I do not know, but the price I saw is what I paid. The sales process was fast and easy. So there you go Pete if you read this. More
.I have been looking to purchase a vehicle for some time now but have had issues getting approved with other dealerships. I have some negative medical on my credit report which has made getting a car diffic now but have had issues getting approved with other dealerships. I have some negative medical on my credit report which has made getting a car difficult for me. I found a vehicle I liked on Autotrader and went to CarMart USA to take a look at the car. I was greeted by Maria who showed me the vehicle and let me take the car for a test drive. After my test drive I made the decision that this was the car for me. CarMart USA was able to do for me what other dealerships haven't been able to do...they got me approved! They worked with lendors that were able to get me approved for the vehicle that I liked and was able to afford. I would defintiely refer my friends and family to CarMart USA to purchase their next vehicle. More

This dealership purchases used vehicle from different sources, dresses them up with a nice detail on the outside, the interior and the engine compartment and puts them on the lot for sale. They do no saf sources, dresses them up with a nice detail on the outside, the interior and the engine compartment and puts them on the lot for sale. They do no safety checks or any work to ensure the vehicle is roadworthy. They offer no warranty. A large portion of their clientele speaks either little or no English. I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a used vehicle. I purchased a 2001 Jeep Cherokee on Oct 24, 08. By Dec 14, 08, I had had accumulated roughly 1400 miles on the odometer. The brakes began to grind. After I inspected the brakes, I knew the rotors and pads needed to be replaced. The brake pads were worn almost to the metal plate and the inside of both rotors were about an 1/8 inch thick. I had to use a sledgehammer to loosen the tires as they have not been removed in a long time. Alot of rust was present. Within a week of purchasing this vehicle, the "check engine" light came on. I did a diagnostic check and both the O2 sensor and the vacuum hose needed replacing. After our first big snow here, I put the vehicle into 4 wheel full time. The noise that the transfer case normally makes was much louder. I don't have the facility to lift, pull out and check the transfer case. These problems I've experienced didn't seem to be present when I test drove the vehicle. One of the first things I did was put the vehicle into 4 wheel and drove it... I also drove it in other shift modes. No noises. More
