My husband and I are so impressed by Renton Kia, and our sales consultant Samwise Sorter. We originally didn't even have Kia on our list of cars that we were considering to buy. Our thoughts were "We can't tell our friends we drive a Kia!! Kia's aren't cool...." We pulled into another lot, and saw a really sporty car next door at the Kia dealership. We were so surprised that THAT was a Kia. What a beautiful car! We immediately took a test drive, and we were so impressed. Not only was our sales consultant Sam extremely honest & knowledgable about the Kia, he was very courteous, answered all of our questions without bias, and he was completely no-pressure. After being on lot after lot (exhausting)... we were sold! Before we bought, I even told Sam I wanted to drive the Nissan Altima one more time before purchasing, and he happily sent us out the door. We got to Renton Nissan, the guys were pushy jerks, weren't respectful of our time, and it didn't take long to realize that we really preferred the family feel at Renton Kia. Needless to say, we were back at Kia in no-time! Doing the paperwork & financing was pretty time consuming. And they only take one person at a time -- so it took hours. But the wait was worth it, Maywatee "Ty", the financing manager, was so great! She is so friendly, she really cared that we understood everything, and she really made us feel like valued customers. Sam also made us very comfortable while we were doing our paperwork. We ultimately feel like we overpaid for the car, and I didn't get as much for my trade- in as I expected, but its possible that I had false expectations walking in. Regardless of the ending price, we are really happy about the car we chose. Every day when I walk out to my new car, this big smile comes over my face! I am in the real estate arena, and I constantly get compliments on my car! Everyone is so surprised that this awesome black sporty car, is a Kia!! I would definitely recommend the Renton Kia dealership to my friends and family! More

Our first interaction with Renton Kia was through their website. We found their website to be easy to use, displayed a great selection of their inventory, and allowed us to do further research on the Kia S website. Upon arrival to the dealership we were greeted with a warm friendly face. We didn't experience the "piranha attack" like we have at other dealerships! This was refreshing, especially since we had our 2 week old son with us. Brett greeted us with a nice smile, professional appearance, and laid back personality. Since we had done a fair amount of research prior to coming to the dealership, we knew what kind of Kia we were looking to purchase. Brett listened to what our wants and needs were and directed us to several Sorento's for us to view. Brett was never pushy, gimmicky, or slimy. He was honest if he didn't know the answer to our questions and took the time to find the answers to what he couldn't answer. Overall, our experience with Brett was great! He's easy to talk to, laid back, and very friendly! We would definitely work with him again and we will recommend our friends and family members to work with him as well! We also had the pleasure of working with Samwise and Ty! Both of them were great! Samwise is very knowlegeable and gave us more detailed information about our car, warranty program, and other options Kia has to offer. Again, Samwise was kind, laid back, and friendly! This dealership isn't full of piranhas! Everyone was genuinely friendly and laid back! To top all of this off, several of the employees stayed two hours after closing! We hadn't planned on purchasing a car that evening, however when we found a great deal we decided to act upon it. We didn't realize that the dealership closed at 9pm and when we drove off in our new Sorento is was 11pm! They still took the time to detail and gas up our new car, quickly go through the daunting paperwork, and walked us out to our beautiful new Sorento! Brett, Sam, and Ty were there with us the whole time! Brett even offered to go through the features of the car even though it was 11pm. What a nice guy! Overall, we are very happy with our purchase and experience! Renton Kia isn't your typical car dealership, it's full of "real" people who want to help you find a car that "you" want. Told Ryan Schatz what I could afford. Only had to talk with HIM only when trying to get payments down. He was so straight up and honest with me. If your in the market for a kia, you really need to deal with him. TRULY NO PRESSURE SALE! I got the 2013 sportage for what I was hoping to pay from the start. Then the sales manager (Ty Coleman) called a week later.She was able to get a even better rate and my payments dropped 30 bucks more per month. Also they threw in a paint sealent worth 300. I ended up with payments lower than i was actually shooting for from the start! GO CHECK RYAN OUT. tell em Adam sent you :) More

This was a fairly tough decision made easy. All our issues within reason were met by the helpful staff. I went to this dealership alone (without husband or any other kind of "help") to test drive minivans. Instead, Ryan and Daine actually *listened* to what I wanted and WORKED with that. They didn't push me towards vehicles that I didn't want or that were too expensive; rather, they worked with my price range and desired vehicle type and found me TWO amazing cars at unbeatable prices. I never felt like I was being manipulated or pressured into something I didn't want. I have immense respect for the way this dealership does business and would recommend them to anyone buying a car (they have mostly Kias, but several other makes, too). A first-rate establishment with first-class people. More
I think the sales person and the sales manager were good people, as far as the GM he low balled us and and tried to get us to take alot less for our vehicle which was BS. Can't believe that Kia's go down so much in price. :) More
