This is my 2nd time at Kia, and am telling you they are the best people I ever deal with. Samwise, is the nicest person I meet in a car sale person. I trade in my 2012 forte for a (SUV) 2013 Sorento. Reason for a bigger car is the we are moving to Texas soon, and got a dog and cat to caring alone lots of room in the back, seat come down. Lots of space to caring your personal things. Purchasing a new vehicle from Renton Kia was an extremely pleasant and non-stressful task, which is not how it normally goes. Sales Consultant Sam Sorter was a very knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and friendly pleasant and non-stressful task, which is not how it normally goes. Sales Consultant Sam Sorter was a very knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and friendly sales rep. He made our purchase go smoothly and worked with us in regard to financing. The Sales Manager was also very helpful with financing and made himself available for questions as did the F&I Manager. The overall experience was a good one for myself and my wife who we were shopping for. She also had a great experience purchasing our new Sportage from Renton Kia and hasn't stop smiling about her new car. We will recommend Renton Kia to our friends and colleagues. More

The dealership itself is well run, friendly and clean. Can't say enough about the Optima as well. It is truly an advanced vehicle, comfortable, sporty and with a lot of tech advantages.We love it! Ryan was my first contact at the dealership. He listened to what I wanted. Found a car that fit my requirements even though I wasn't planning on a test drive that day since he had to get the keys to open th to what I wanted. We agreed to meet the next day and there was no pressure from anyone. Went back the next day had the car ready. We had talked on the phone that evening. Took a longer test drive and bought the car. Everyone was great with great attitudes. Not always seen at dealers. Can't give you anyone elses names because I didn't get their cards. But Ryan was the reason I came back to the dealership. Christina was AWESOME to work with! I came in just to test drive a vehicle and because I felt no pressure to buy that day, I came back the vary next day to purchase. I set out on Saturday 19th January to evaluate several vehicles at dealerships with vehicles in my specific target range. The vehicles were all predictably fine with plenty of tangible features.However, there also exists an unfortunate blandness of product due to a commercial need to maintain mass appeal with minimal controvercy, few products have an overal balance of image, appeal, price and all the dynamic and economy aspects that would suit me, an older car designer that is still active in the industry. The Renton Kia dealership had an important edge, 2 in fact, over other dealerships. Firstly, I had been checking on the Optima for some time, so, they had the car that was high on my list for image,surface form,dynamics and price. Secondly, I found I genuinely liked the two main people that I was dealing with.Having done the rounds of dealers and products,I returned to Renton Kia the next Saturday,the 26th. All went well, the overal experience was close to being fun and I left with a new Optima and smile on my face due totally to a great car a fair deal and your personnel, especially James and Daine. The BEST car buying experience ever! I felt like I could be honest about what I could afford and that was never challenged. I drove 2 vehicles and knew the red Soul was for me. Dave crunched numbers and helped me get financing after my credit union said "no". I think Ty knows every detail about the cars she sells. She explained all the aspects of the car and even paired my bluetooth before I drove away. Both Ty and Dave have followed up with phone calls to see if I have any questions about the car and to thank me for my business. I feel like they are sincere people and would recommend them to anyone. More
