When we opted to head inside and look at pricing and financing options, he made great conversation while entering the necessary information. He admitted he was relatively new to this position, which was evident in some delay and needing assistance to complete some steps. It could have been faster, but I am happy he took the time to get his manager and do it right the first time (especially when dealing with my credit report). Sales Manager Sam helped run final numbers and we arrived at a very fair trade-in value for the older vehicle, and a great price on the new one! They went out of their way to make our experience fun & fast, I was surprised at how easy the paperwork process was and the price we were able to get out the door with still seems unreal!
