No one expects bumps in the road after purchasing a brand new vehicle. Sadly however, there may have been a ‘miscommunication’ along the way during your purchasing process when you bought your Kia in Florida. It is my understanding that our Service Manager had a chance to speak with you on Saturday regarding your concerns. I would like to re-emphasize that all Kia dealerships are independently owned and operated. That being said, what the originating dealership promised you, unfortunately, would only be good at their dealership location, unless the offer was part of a Kia National Program, which is not the case in this instance. We are truly sorry for any inconvenience you have incurred due to your experience with your purchasing dealership in Florida.
