With the reality of potentially having a pushy sales associate, being hard sold or being coerced by the financial department into thinking a good deal is being offered when in fact it is not, the process of buying a car is indeed a big deal for most. That being said, my personal experience with Danny is in fact the biggest reason I followed through with this process. I would also like to mention Noi Phonsavanh and Blaine Pearcy for exceptional customer service and being incredibly easy to talk to as well. To elaborate a little more on Danny, as I spent most of my time with him during this process; my circumstances prior to leasing a this car were manageable. I did not entirely need a new car, I honestly just wanted one. I was probably not the easiest customer to deal with either as my standards for what I wanted in a car and how much I wanted to pay were strict. Danny however managed to keep me happy throughout the entire ordeal, and I did get the exact car I wanted as well as in the price range in which I was aiming. He steered me in the right direction, no pun intended, and I believe he should reap the benefits from this sale. From adapting to my personality and carrying on professional as well as casual conversation, to running back and forth with upper management when negotiating a price, this sale was made possible by his effort. I will continue to rave about Kias as I have bought two now and they are great cars and I will also refer people to Kia Renton in large part to Danny. Dishonest Service Department So... where to begin. I bought my car there in January 2012. Last time I serviced there was in January 2014 when my brakes were down to 7 mm (from 1 So... where to begin. I bought my car there in January 2012. Last time I serviced there was in January 2014 when my brakes were down to 7 mm (from 10). When I go to get my oil change on 11/10/14, they say my brakes are at 2 mm. While this does not make sense to me (how can I go from 10 to 7 in 2 years, and the 7 to 2 in the span of 10 months without any change in my driving habits), but I trusted them and agreed to do the brake service. I registered for the KIA MPG Reimbursement program. Unfortunately, they could not verify the odometer on the 10th, but that's okay. I visit the service department 2 days later, on 11/12/14, to have them verify it. I was told that there was no one there at the moment who knew how to submit it, but the gentleman took down all of the necessary information, including my odometer reading. I was promised that it would be submitted that day when an employee who knew how to do it returned. I visit the service department again on 11/22/14 to have the brake service done. In the past, I would have received the reimbursement in this amount of time (last 2 years it took less than 10 days), but I have not and figured it was still on the way. When I was paying for the brake service I asked them to check to see if it was submitted on the 12th, and I was told yes. They told me it was submitted on 11/12/14. Here it is today, 12/5/14. I still have not received the reimbursement. So I call to check the status. They tell me that the dealership did not verify the odometer until 11/22/14 (at the time of my brake service) and that they did not submit for the reimbursement until 11/27/14. 15 days later. They flat out lied to me. Unfortunately, I do not recall who helped me on those occasions, but when I called today to talk to a service manager about the terrible position they put me in, the manager was not available. So Andrew tried to help me and his only response was that he wasn't sure what the manager can do for me. And tried to deflect the whole thing. Granted, I was a little angry (who wouldn't be), but they obviously do not hire for customer service in the service department. Sad thing is, I really like the sales department. But stay away from their service department if you want honesty in your service. More
Horrible RUDE! I wish I could give 0 stars! I just bought a 2015 from another KIA and was told I would get a free tire rotation and oil change and they would h RUDE! I wish I could give 0 stars! I even called ahead and was told it would be no problem! but the service manager refused to accept it and wouldn't even call the other dealership! I paid OVER $24K for my car and they won't even pay for a $39 service! They where RUDE! DISHONEST! And UNPROFESSIONAL! More

My patience was rewarded when Stevon and I started discussing vehicles, price, and finance. He was extremely helpful, knew his products, and then we went for a test drive. After deciding to buy my 1st KIA and to trade my old Subaru, Ty then introduced herself and we started discussing all the options for financing. It turned out much better than I thought and she clarified all the terms, conditions, options and I got a great deal. The 2015 Soul is great to drive and is spacious for carrying reasonable amounts of cargo. All the other staff members I met were polite, attentive, and polite. The products looked good on the lot too. More
A high-class, customer-friendly dealership Unique situation. We decided to buy our Kia Soul from a dealer closer to home rather than Renton Kia. But the exact model that we wanted was at Renton Kia. Our local dealer did a "swap" (trading our car for a similar one). Here's the amazing part: We've had several questions for the Renton Kia folks -- primarily Alfredo, and also Mike (in Finance). You might think that they'd ignore us -- since we didn't buy from them. However, they've been courteous and helpful, treating our questions with as much kindness as though we had purchased directly from them. We are very pleased with these folks and recommend that anyone shopping for a Kia consider Renton Kia. More

We went to Renton Kia to test drive the Soul to see how it compare to another vehicle (not Kia) we had test driven earlier at another dealership. Right of the start we let Stevon know why we were there and what Kia model we wanted to see. He was very nice in showing us the Soul and explained the different trims it comes in. He asked about what we were looking for, to which we answer that we would like to see what was available, and the one consideration was our budget. He was very, very patient, explaining and answering all the questions we had. He showed us the difference between the trims, he did not try to steers us to any one in particular, but instead gave us the information we needed to make our own choice. Once he had decided to see what the Renton Kia would offer and started the paper work Stevon once again answered all the questions, provided us with explanation of why something was needed and what could be done (specifically for checking the credit). He ran a pre-approval so that the credit would not be affected. There were two major things that completed our decision of buying from Renton Kia, first when the credit came with a low score, there was no difference in the way we were treated. Second they did not only meet our trade-in value, which we had previously appraised, but exceeded it. More
Andrew was amazing, he asked what I wanted and gave me above and beyond what I could even imagine! The way he personalized the service and the car for me was unlike any other dealership my mother and I we above and beyond what I could even imagine! He is a very caring man who understands the cations and safety of buying a used vehicle. He is was also understanding to what I wanted and he didn't pressure us into anything at all. He has exceed all of the categories of customer service and friendly. He greeted us with a smile and kept that genuine smile the entire time through the entire process. I wish every sales person could be as genuine as Andrew. I am so grateful that I had this experience with Andrew at Renton Kia. I will recommend that people come to Kia and you will not regret coming here! They are wonderful! And I am so glad I decided to walk into Renton Kia. It was the best overall experience even better than I could possibly have imagined. I want to thank Andrew for spending all of his time out of his day to work with me and my needs as well as coming in on his day off to help me find what I was looking for.
