Poor customer service. Had a appointment for 8:30 for a oil change and tire rotation. At 10:30 my car still had not been serviced. When I inquired about the car I was told there was a mix up in the paper work and my car was pushed backed. Asked to speak to the manager and was told they would have to see if he was busy. Saw the manager on the floor explained to him what happened was told it usually takes 1.5 to 2 hours for a oil change, let him know we have been there for 2 hours, he did go to the back to see why it was taking so long and the car was finally serviced. The manager gave us our keys a quickly rushed us out. This is the second time this has happened and when brought to their attention they seem to be very rude and very defensive in their explanation. I will not return back or purchase another vehicle from this dealer. More
